Tom Yeomanson was amazing throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. We had a rocky time with solicitors on both sides and Tom acted as an invaluable go-between, keeping the wheels turning and keeping all parties informed - making things far less painful than they might otherwise have been!

Great experience so far with Douglas and Gordon, especially Shash. From the very start she has been proactive and informative. Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. We were really lucky to have Catalina helping us find our new flat. She has been amazing from start to finish, really helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. Estate agents said "NO" I cannot book a viewing without answering tedious questions! Intruding how all the positive reviews happen when they clearly don’t prioritise sellers.
I just called to book a viewing for tomorrow for a property on Abbeville Road. When I was asked what I’m looking for in a property, I said it changes and and I have a meeting in 7 minutes so I’m happy to answer this question during the viewing. Just not now.
The agent was RUDE and insisted I should tell him my criteria which I just am not sure about. In the end I asked: I already told you which property I want to view. Can I book a viewing or not?
He said "NO".
I hung up. I feel sorry for the property seller because this is how the estate agent is selling the property:
Adhering to pointless textbook questions while sabotaging a real sale opportunity.
