What I didn't like, I got a call from someone else in Douglas&Gordon asking me for comments I might have had during the letting negotiation. I appreciated they wanted to improve their process even more, but when they realised my feedback was positive, they asked me to write a review here and they even sent me a link as reminder. Would they have done the same in case of a negative feedback? I don't think so...
