It's a shame that I can't put less than half a star. Lettings negotiator utterly incapable of being helpful once house had been signed, simply palming off any sort of request. The one simple request we asked when moving in was for the flat to be cleaned, yet, it was not clean when we arrived. When I came in one evening to get proof of address, identity and sign off the last few bits, the Sales Manager was huffing and puffing as if I was keeping him from something despite coming in well before the closing time - this was at the Clapham South office; however, it proves a lack of professionalism that is endemic throughout the company
