The team at Winkworth Pimlico did a fantastic job from start to finish for my flat sale. Within 2 weeks i have received 2 offers (Thanks Kirk for the excellent viewings- you always had people through the door!). The sale process was a tricky one (leasehold building and semi demanding buyer) but the team at Winkworth saw the process through every step of the way, liaising between buyer, seller (me!), various solicitors and even Westminster Council directly. Thank you Rob & Kirk for all your hard work. Within 2 and a bit months, the sale was done and i moved out. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Pimlico team to anyone in the area!

Honestly the worst letting agents I have ever had the misfortune of using.
Left without a working fridge for two months, a broken toilet for several and when the lock on my front door went, meaning I couldn’t exit or enter the property, they wanted me to wait an entire weekend before they got someone to fix it even though it constituted an emergency repair. All the first several months of my tenancy.
When I finally had enough and put in notice I was hounded constantly for viewings, even though I said I had the right to quiet enjoyment, told I gave incorrect notice (Atlanta forwarded information about giving notice in New Zealand or in you were a landlord, nothing about being a uk tenant). I’m glad I’m out of their property.

Excellent service! It was quick, easy and highly professional. We are not English and it was a problem for us to provide some financial documentation for reference company to accept. But our manager Hannah found the solution. Also she helped us in communication with landlord to arrange our moving as smoothly as possible.
I even will not tell about thousands of questions Hannah answered carefully during our quite long communication process.

Deeply dysfunctional and badly managed. While renewing a contract, I had to email them 26 times before they changed the date to 2018 and fixed all the spelling mistakes on the form and then they emailed me to say its not their responsibility to handle contracts.

Having dealt with some pushy, useless and rude estate agents, it was a joy to find Simon at Winkworth's in Pimlico. From day one, nothing was too much trouble. He is knowledgeable and able to guide you through the process, and also ensure that the rest of the chain is behaving. He has a great sense of humour, which when purchasing/selling can be good medicine. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. It was a genuine pleasure to have him on my side - a thoroughly professional firm and service. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner and kept me informed at every step. I am genuinely grateful to them for making a stressful situation easy to deal with.

Chose Winkworths after Simons visit as he explained everything in a very clear, friendly and confident way. We were always informed in good time for viewings and kept upto date with what was happening. The sale was agreed in one day after negotiations on our behalf. Following the survey when the buyer wanted to reduce the price further Simon negotiated on our behalf to obtain the price we asked for. All in all the whole experience was positive and quick.

Avoid at all costs, damaged property before we moved in, didn't fix it, charged us for services we didn't want. Left our flat in dis-repair we couldn't use the washing machine as they ignored our e-mails that it was broken.
Will try and take as much from you as possible and will do as little in possible in return.
Nightmare estate agent.
