We recently moved into a new flat in Clapham and dealt with Sophie Nickols. Neither myself or my partner had rented through Douglas & Gordon before, so was unsure what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient everything was dealt with, at no point were we left uncertain of what to expect, even their offer process was clear. I would definitely recommend D&G in the future, Sophie was lovely throughout!

I had a really seamless experience with Ailie Fraser at D&G. Our first viewing was on time and she pointed out everything we'd want to know, and she also made our experience of putting an offer in very quick and easy - it was a 2 day process from viewing to signing on the dotted line! After our offer was accepted Ailie was always on hand to answer questions (mostly out of her remit!) and came to show us the flat once more so we could take measurements. I wouldn't hesitate to use D&G again or point a friend in their direction.

Damian and the team on Abbeville Road (especially Sophie) were incredibly professional when dealing with the letting of our house. We moved away from the UK shortly after engaging them and their regular communication coupled to honest advice on what to consider when offers started to come in was invaluable. The local knowledge of the D&G team in general (lettings and sales - we originally bought the house through them) is first class and we would thoroughly recommend them.
