We rent out two properties through Douglas and Gordon at the Southfields Office and they have always been exceptionally efficient in their selection of candidates and the letting process. Alex is really nice to deal with and I always recommend him as the person to go to if you want to rent out a property hassle free. We have never had any voids and he is really helpful when it comes to advising on décor and things that need doing whilst being mindful of budgets.
