Estate agents said "NO" I cannot book a viewing without answering tedious questions! Intruding how all the positive reviews happen when they clearly don’t prioritise sellers. I just called to book a viewing for tomorrow for a property on Abbeville Road. When I was asked what I’m looking for in a property, I said it changes and and I have a meeting in 7 minutes so I’m happy to answer this question during the viewing. Just not now. The agent was RUDE and insisted I should tell him my criteria which I just am not sure about. In the end I asked: I already told you which property I want to view. Can I book a viewing or not? He said "NO". I hung up. I feel sorry for the property seller because this is how the estate agent is selling the property: Adhering to pointless textbook questions while sabotaging a real sale opportunity.... Read more
