They are all very rude and horrible! I am the owner of the property on Battersea Rise. They sold the flat above my flat and 3 times they damaged my external wall by displaying their SALE AGREED and SOLD signs! I have asked them politely NOT TO DO THAT WITHOUT GETTING MY PERMISSION for their FREE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING when it happened the first time. They just ignored my plea and kept doing that again and again causing me a great distress! Well, THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER WHEN I WANT TO SELL MY PROPERTY AND THEY HAVE ALSO LOST ME AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO RENT MY PROPERTY THROUGH THEM AS WELL!!!!!

Sian-Louise and I worked with to rent a flat. I really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
