We were really lucky to have Catalina helping us find our new flat. She has been amazing from start to finish, really helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. We were incredibly fortunate to have Tom Yeomanson at Douglas & Gordon support us throughout the whole sale and conveyancing process. He is hands down the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. He knows the Clapham market intuitively and was in constant contact during the sale process.
We had a roller coaster ride with our buyer and Tom was the voice of reason throughout, giving brilliant guidance and generally keeping us sane. He's a credit to Douglas and Gordon and we would recommend him to anyone wanting proper support when buying/selling in SW London.

Tom was absolutely brilliant in organising and undertaking viewings. He went above and beyond to make sure the flat looked good. Even cleaning up the garden when a fox had been in there to make sure it was tidy for the viewing! Thank you Tom and team!

We have been using D&G for our first time buyer search of a flat in Clapham and Andreas so far has been extremely professional, spot on in sending us opportunities to look at without being pushy and finally saving us a lot of time. His approach is personal and polite and we have felt that he cares of the relationship with the buyer as well as the seller, which is not always the case in this industry. We will keep relying on him for our search, sure that our dream flat will soon come across through the selection Andreas smartly makes for us beforehand :) Thank you for being a great partner!
