I'm currently in the process of purchasing a property through Douglas and Gordon. Edwina has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout , which has been greatly appreciated during what can be a fairly stressful process.

Had a really good experience with this letting agency. Prompt, friendly service and really supportive now we have moved in.

They are all very rude and horrible! I am the owner of the property on Battersea Rise. They sold the flat above my flat and 3 times they damaged my external wall by displaying their SALE AGREED and SOLD signs! I have asked them politely NOT TO DO THAT WITHOUT GETTING MY PERMISSION for their FREE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING when it happened the first time. They just ignored my plea and kept doing that again and again causing me a great distress! Well, THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER WHEN I WANT TO SELL MY PROPERTY AND THEY HAVE ALSO LOST ME AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO RENT MY PROPERTY THROUGH THEM AS WELL!!!!!

Rosie was informative, helpful and very efficient, she has almost single-handedly restored my faith in rental agencies (almost)

Alex is really nice to deal with and I always recommend him as the person to go to if you want to rent out a property hassle free. We have never had any voids and he is really helpful when it comes to advising on décor and things that need doing whilst being mindful of budgets.

Although we didn't end up buying through Maddie she has unrivaled experience which she is prepared to share with her clients.
