Much appreciated to Amrit and his team members, with their excellent services and quick follow up, I can now find a place W7 to settle down in London. I came to UK from Hong Kong by BNO Visa, Amrit helps to check my documents and references and he knows that I am legal to stay in UK. Amrit is an organized person, our important correspondece is keeping in SMS and emails, make sure I don't miss a chance to see my prospective landlords. Paperwork is perfect so I would be able to comply with the procedures step by step like paying deposit and final balances. As I have been working in a solicitor firm for two years dealing with conveyancing in HK, I knew Amirt and his team doing all the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) well. Perfect? Waisting my time and money! I was interested in two rooms to move into ASAP and asked if we could get any lower on the price.2 days later and response. Called them the first day they did not pick up, the other day I called Amrit,(the agent that showed me around) his coworker answered telling me he is not there and she insured me he will get back to me later that day.Still No response!I am now paying for a hotel room because of them not being honest and unprofessional. Very unprofessional, confirms a viewing and then they dont respond to calls on the day of the viewing. They forget that they have set up a viewing and then give excuses when you call their office. I will not be continuing service with them to find my apartment and suggest everyone who do to be extra careful as they are not the most reliable.
