I am in a shared accommodation with my partner and they have left us without gas for over 24 hours we have phoned and phoned but nothing back we haven't ate since yesterday morning and I don't know what to do now do not go through drurys they dont care about there tenants

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Scott did the valuation of the property the day after I made the initial call. It was on the market the next day and sold in less than a week. Not impressed , driven all the way from Kent to view a house only to turn up to see a Sold sign . We understand that the property sold yesterday but surely common decency would of been to atleast let us know .

Moving house can be a very stressful experience, however I have to say this is the second time I have used this estate agent in the last 8 months, they are very professional and always helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble for Katie our representative.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT use this agent, I bought a refurb and Mr Drury was site manager, he made so many promises that the property would have all faults, ie all on a snagging list done and property would be immaculate when I moved in, that the new bath and tiling I paid extra for would be installed to a high specification. The property including windows were disgustingly dirty, paint drips everywhere, in fact all exterior and interior of property needs to be re decorated. No faults discussed were seen to and bath has a hole filled with silicone sealant trying to conceal the damage that has been done, bath panel has been fitted upside down, tile grouting done poorly and tiles have moved down wall and silicone around bath shabby with a gap all round for water to go behind bath. No loft installation. Radiator brackets not fitted properly throughout house so much so a radiator came off wall along with part of the wall. Two windows not fitted properly, front door leaking, Skirting boards not mitred the list goes on... Do not believe a word this man says, totally untrustworthy, ignorant, rude and arrogant. Don't make the same mistake I did, check and check again before buying any of his refurbished properties

were do I start with this company looked at a property at horncastle leaving key points of what needs work in the property and tryed to use the best photo and the house needs alot of comestic work
the person showing the house was late by 45 minutes called 2 diffrent times and got told that she had a puncture and the other time that the next person he was stuck with a customer then 20 minutes lady arrived saying sorry she was late so people in the office were lying baring in mind I drove over 3 hours to look at the property we gave them a counter offer as they hid the work needs to be done after a week we called up to find out instead of agency has gave them a text instead of actully calling the customer
I find very unprofessional and we asked if you could called them been over 2 weeks company should at least say there not interested
for a company so unprofessional avoid using them

Drurys Estate Agent sold my house within 6 days of my house being put up on the market!
It was my first time selling a property, and how stress free this was all because of the excellent team in the office! I cannot fault the company one bit.
In fact we are Venturing into the Buying and Renting Properties and have decided to stick with Drurys to help us do this. They give Excellent advice and are there to help any time of the day.

Do not use this letting agent. They do no checks, they have palmed my unpaying tenant to another landlord after knowing she owes me 1000’s. The tenant grew weed in my flat that wasn’t picked up on inspections because they didn’t do any. They cannot even produce a decent statement or tenancy agreement. Really nice staff member Sam works there but the company is unprofessional and get angry when you ask for anything. All explanations are ‘that’s how it’s done here’. Use another local agent these guys are not trustworthy.

Don't you ever try to rent a house from this agency, they don't care about any problems or faulties in the house. They are ignoring people. Even our landlord left this agency. And in the end they don't give deposit back. And the boss behaves nasty on the phone.

Very disappointed landlord. I recently questioned the agent on how they allowed a tenant to move into one of their proeprties given that she had left the previous landlord with a huge rent arrears bill. The key question was how Drury's do their referencing? We requested details of the tenant and these were turned down. It is interesting to note that Lettings Agents, including Drurys are putting in tenants who are leaving huge arrears at previous properties and this puts ALL landlords of Drurys at risk.
I have put in a special request for the Director to call me - he did not have the time to do so.
Perhaps Landlords dealing with this company should consider if they want such an agent!! You are sitting on a time bomb. Landlords beware!!
