So as an agent you would of thought it would be hard dealing with another agent , as agents are known to let egos get in the way .
When looking for a new office i was over the moon when i saw the one we liked was through Poyntons , jack was a great help as i knew he would be and we moved in within a week of the viewing .
I know for a fact this move could of been made more difficult but ive always found Jack and James have a can do attitude , thanks fellas

Buying or selling? Beware. We were led up the garden path. Based on 'information' provided (or more accurately, withheld), we committed to expensive travel and accommodation to view a particular property they were offering. The day after, we were told that an offer had been accepted. Surely, they knew of an imminent offer acceptance a mere 18 hours earlier? Some of the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced but then again, we are talking estate agents.........

Jack at Poyntons is possibly the most helpful person I have ever met, helped me get a Suite in the fabulous South Square House, and I could not be happier with the service. Would recommend Poyntons every day of the week =)

I was unfortunate to use this guy in a boundary dispute. Talk about windy, he just kept changing his mind , as to where the boundary was. Was a major hinderence with regards to finding a solution. Avoid at all costs.
