They gave us all the sales hype to hook us in, grossly overestimated the value of the property. Didn’t market it with imagination, just kept apologising for their efforts! Almost couldn’t wait to recommend using an auction house.

I was anxious about selling my property and thought about it for a long while. After seeing an advert for Get agent who put me in contact with Eadon Lockwood and Riddle. Sarah came to value my home, she was friendly and professional and put me at ease. I was more than happy with the valuation and the service. The photos and the brochure looked great and within a few hours of my property going live I had 8 viewings booked in. My property was sold within 3 days for above the asking price. The support since the sale has been excellent.
