Right from our first contact with the office we were very happy with the professionalism of the staff at Martin & Co. Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

I used Martin and Co. to sell our house recently. Paul visited our house and explained the process and provided a selling pack to help with the process. Not long after listing with Martin and Co. we had an offer that we accepted. The eventual sale took a while as other partcipants in the chnain fell through but we got there in the end. The staff at the Rotherham branch were always professional, helpful and friendly. Mention to Paul and Sue in helping the tranaction through to completion.

I couldn't recommend Martin&Co enough. Paul was brilliant at getting our house on the market and Sue has been exceptional in sorting everything. We have had a rough time with the sale and I honestly don't know what we would have done without Sue's help!

Paul came to the property to give a valuation, talk us through the process and answer our questions in a friendly, professional and supportive way. Sue and the team at Martin & Co Rotherham have been great with myself and my partner when purchasing our forever home. From the day of submitting our offer in August, they have been hands on to answer any questions we’ve had about the house throughout the process and were great in helping us communicate with the seller to ensure our sale went through smoothly and quickly. We received a house warming package when collecting the keys, and the team had also gotten me and my partner a personalised present for our baby we are expecting in March. Have nothing but positivity for the people at Martin and Co in Rotherham. Dealt with Paul initially who came to value our property and I took to the guy instantly. Nice manner, professional but not pushy. Later dealt with Danielle getting the house on the market who kept me posted and informed at every stage and latterly dealt with Sue who once again kept me informed as the sale neared its completion. No negatives.
