I recently purchased a property through Elevate in Rutherglen and I can't thank them enough for the smooth process.

Alan was my advisor and works closely with Elevate. He has also made the process easy and has been beyond helpful during the process.
I was always told that buying a property would be one of the most stressful things you do, but I haven't experienced that at all.

Recently sold my property with Elevate and it couldn’t have went any better.
I’m difficult to deal with as I like fast, quick responses and actions when it comes to dealing with things like this and Audray matched me to a T - (which is a difficult task)!
Property was on the market and sold within a month … the marketing was spot on and I can’t fault them in any way.
Audray went above and beyond and managed to sort me out with lawyers also who work in the same way I do which really helped for all the additional after parts once an offer was agreed.
Highly recommend, 5 star doesn’t do it justice. Audray is just one of those highly motivated, fast paced workers that really just knows what to do and when … can’t thank her enough.
The initial advice on price point was bang on and really helped bring in a lot of viewers which is all down to her experience.
Whenever it comes to me selling or buying in the future, I wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thanks again Audray … you really made this all a stressless experience. x

From the very first phone call, Audray at Elevate was a pleasure to deal with so I knew instantly that I'd chosen well by going with Elevate. She was recommended to me by a friend, and they spoke very highly of Audray and the service she provides. With a warm and friendly personality, Audray has extensive experience in the industry and this showed. Professional and organised, she keeps you updated on the process and leaves you feeling like everything is in good hands. Because of her knowledge of the local property market (the property was in Ayrshire), Audray insisted that it would sell quickly, she was correct! In less than a week of going on the market, the offers were in and one was accepted. I am delighted how stress-free the entire process was. We recently sold my wife’s brother’s flat via Elevate Estate Agent. Audray met with my wife and myself, viewed the flat, told us the expected range for selling and provided a very competitive price for selling the flat. We decided to sell via Elevate/Audray. The flat was on the market quickly, Audray covered the viewing with possible buyers, she qualified whether the interest was genuine or not and provided regular updates. Audray was always contactable and very professional at all times. The flat sold quickly and at a very good price slightly above our expectations.
