Their website states - "... you can expect from us in-depth market knowledge, professionalism and outstanding service." I'm reading through the reviews and find myself quite confused. My experience yesterday was nothing short of awful. I don't know if the individual I spoke with is naturally rude or if she was acting with discriminatory intent, but the way I was treated by the branch manager was completely unacceptable. (Lynne Campbell) In just 14 minutes, I was ridiculed, demeaned, disrespected, and even called "crazy." I was being honest about my situation and process, yet it seemed like she believed I was wasting her time. To make matters worse, the other staff members appeared to enjoy watching the whole ordeal, which only reinforces my suspicion that there was discrimination involved. She also stated that if I were trying to buy a flat contingent on my house being sold, it wouldn’t be ideal since most people prefer cash buyers. After this experience, I will certainly not be using their services for my property needs. I left the office deflated and discouraged. Lynne, here’s a tip: You never know what someone is going through in their personal life. As a customer-facing representative, it’s crucial to have empathy, regardless of whether you think someone is wasting your time. Every single person who walks into your office is a potential client. You do not ridicule. You do not dismiss. You do not humiliate. And you certainly do not treat anyone the way you treated me. Very personal and professional service from the initial meeting through to finalising the sale, the whole process was seamless. The management of viewings was incredibly easy through their online portal which covers bookings, feedback and offers in one place so you’re always up to date and not on the phone constantly to arrange/amend bookings.
