Helen was really helpful back in March this year when we first looked at our dream home. Arriving promptly and showing us around. We had a fair number of legal issues with the property but Helen was right on it and quickly contacted the vendors to get things resolved. Helen and Paul were very professional throughout. The sales brochure stood out from the rest as did the photography. It was instrumental in helping us decide that this was the ONE.
Now, nearly 1 month later we have had much to do as the property had been left for many months. We are getting there though and really loving the house and location. Several neighbours stopping by and saying hello, it seems a lovely welcoming area! Thank you Helen and Paul for the lovely champagne and card as we moved in, a really nice touch :)
It has been a real pleasure to do business with you both.

We have had a completely painful period selling our house (due to buyers pulling out, previous poor service from a different provider, bad advice, deed issues and covid), you name it we have had it. I can honestly say without Elite Homes I don't think we would have got it over the line. Their assessment of the property and then staging and photography far surpassed our previous experience, their communication skills in terms of keeping us in the loop and also working with the other parties involved was outstanding. The little touches of staging and advice to do with selling our home and making it the most presentable property (the little tweaks that make a big difference) I think was what sold our home in the end.
I cannot thank you enough. Helen and Paul you do an exceptional job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and hopefully work with you again in the future!

Over the last 6 years we have used Elite Homes twice to sell our home in Nottingham. On both occasions they have given excellent service and most helpful advice. Nothing has been too much trouble for them during the sales process. They have also arranged various decorations, repairs and plumbing works in order to assist the sale. There was always excellent reporting back to us on the viewings and skilful negotiation to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Top rate service from Elite Homes! Paul and Helen were always prepared to go above and beyond to facilitate with the sale process. From helping me present the property for market, arranging removal quotes, assisting with questions I had about completing the legal pack and helping resolve selling queries. They were proactive in assisting me with meter readings and arranging my post to be redirected. All of these things really helped support me, and took the stress out of moving! I would highly recommend Elite Homes and I will be using them again with my next move.

Decided to go with Elite homes to sell our property after viewing a property that Elite homes was selling , We first met Helen who was so informative and professional on the property she was showing us around it made my mind up that who ever sells your house needs to know about your property and also about you the seller which they did do straight away . The photos they take of your property far stand out from any other estate agents photos too .
Helen then introduced myself to Paul who also took time to get to know myself and was very informative, professional and actually they both came across as friends by the end of our sale journey.
