We have just completed a house sale with Helen from Elite and couldn't be happier with the service we received throughout the process. Helen dealt with it as a 'discreet listing', bringing us buyers who would not normally have considered our area. Any estate agent can put a house on rightmove, and at the right price in the right area, it will sell. But it is the aftersale process that is most important and that is where Helen excels. She is very proactive in chasing solicitors and liaising between seller and purchaser which helps significantly with the stress of the whole process. We won't use anyone else in future.... Read more

Helen was really helpful back in March this year when we first looked at our dream home. Arriving promptly and showing us around. We had a fair number of legal issues with the property but Helen was right on it and quickly contacted the vendors to get things resolved. Helen and Paul were very professional throughout. The sales brochure stood out from the rest as did the photography. It was instrumental in helping us decide that this was the ONE. Now, nearly 1 month later we have had much to do as the property had been left for many months. We are getting there though and really loving the house and location. We have had a completely painful period selling our house (due to buyers pulling out, previous poor service from a different provider, bad advice, deed issues and covid), you name it we have had it. I can honestly say without Elite Homes I don't think we would have got it over the line. Their assessment of the property and then staging and photography far surpassed our previous experience, their communication skills in terms of keeping us in the loop and also working with the other parties involved was outstanding. Decided to go with Elite homes to sell our property after viewing a property that Elite homes was selling , We first met Helen who was so informative and professional on the property she was showing us around it made my mind up that who ever sells your house needs to know about your property and also about you the seller which they did do straight away . The photos they take of your property far stand out from any other estate agents photos too . Helen then introduced myself to Paul who also took time to get to know myself and was very informative, professional and actually they both came across as friends by the end of our sale journey. I could not recommend Elite Homes highly enough. Their approach to selling your home is at a totally different level to any other agent I have ever dealt with. They will work with you on enhancing your house's value and even dress it with you for the photoshoot. They explain the process very clearly and their fee is incredibly reasonable when you consider the level of service you get and the amount of attention you receive throughout the process. Moving house can be very stressful and it pays dividends to have the right partner behind you, that's what Elite Homes are. They aren't just an agent wanting a fee. Paul, Helen & the extended team at Elite cant be faulted. While people are increasingly using internet-based services, on our experienceI would never use those internet when selling premium homes. The overall quality of the experience from beginning to end, attention to detail, taking on ownership of handling other agents & solicitors were all critical in securing our sale. I'm absolutely certain that if it wasn't for Paul constantly pushing the chain, that the sales would've fallen through, and that would have cost is many times more than the selling fees with Elite Homes. The attention to detail that the Elite Homes team give to marketing a property is beyond compare. The presentation they give within their marketing material really makes the features of the home stand out. The vetting procedure that Elite give to prospective buyers is top class.
