I honestly can't praise Elton's enough. Simon, Kelly and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with the whole way through the sale process. Right from the initial meeting Simon was positive and enthusiastic and brought an energy that other estate agents we met couldn't match. The team, Kelly in particular, were really proactive and always on hand to provide advice and assistance whenever required, often going above and beyond expectations. Their standards were exceptional, the team really friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Eltons have been the best estate agents that I have dealt with. They were so professional and helpful. Always dealt with my quires quickly and returned calls promptly. There were difficulties with my solicitors on the day of the move and Eltons went obove and beyond to help me and sort out the problems. They offered to work late so completion could take place.

At the start of our experience they could not do enough for us, they actually took on the sale of our property as well. However as time went on and the process was at the point of no return, communication became harder, text messages unanswered and promises of we will help you with anything we can, were not kept which was disappointing. We felt a little let down by the experience.

Loved my initial experience with Elton’s they could not do enough for us and we wish them every success for the future. However as time went on despite offers to do anything they could for us and help in anyway they could their responses were lacking. We are putting this down to being so busy they didn't have the capacity to help with finer details and we know that their business is expanding quickly but don’t forget the customers that got you there. These are just comments not complaints - we do wish you well going forward.
