I was with Elvin for my 5 year tenure in the United Kingdom and they were hands down one of the best to work with. The team was very professional and helpful when I had any issues with the property I was staying at. They were a very good liaison with my landlord in some problems and were supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. The PCS out was extremely hassle free, they answered any questions I had and even had a cleaning service available at a steal of a price to make is as less stressful as possible. If I ever make it back to the Uk I will definitely seek out Elvin Estate managed properties.

We live overseas so we are not able to oversee the day to day requirements of rental management. Julie,Paul ,Josh Mia, and Debbie take very good care of our properties,tenants and ourselves. It would be very difficult to manage without their help

We used Elvins because we found it difficult dealing with tenants and finding tradesmen to carry out work on the property. It's the best thing we have done. They report back when anything needs doing, arrange all repairs and keep us up to date on the property. They handle difficult tenants professionally. Would recommend them as the managing agents to go to.

We are a military family that were privileged enough to have two back to back assignments at both bases. When we arrived 8 yrs ago, we went and visited several of the local letting agencies and it was Elvin Estates that stood out the most to us. In fact it was them that found us the perfect house in which we would call our home for 8 amazing years. Paul, Mia and the rest of the team there were always so responsive to anything we needed from them. There were a few times we needed emergency assistance with a pipe bursting or a leak on a weekend and they always were reachable and their maintenance staff were always on hand to come and fix the problem. In fact even Elvin Estates' maintenance team were brilliant. We got to know each of them throughout the years and would be able to call them up or message them if anything was needed or even to just ask about a maintenance issue. It was like having friends in our home. They know the houses under them so well and the history of maintenance that goes with each house. We always felt incredibly comfortable with any of the maintenance team members in our home. All of them were very friendly, trustworthy and truly care about the properties under Elvin Estates. The best part is, their team stays consistent so you see the same faces when you need their help. It was truly incredibly hard for us to leave our beautiful home in Gazeley after 8 yrs and it was just as hard saying goodbye to this team at Elvin Estates that truly were like family to us over the years. As a military family, they were incredibly supportive, understanding and honest all the time and they really looked out for us and anything we ever needed. If we were ever to return (and I really hope we do), the first place we'd go is into Mildenhall and into Elvin Estates to help us find our next home.

I contacted Elvin estates regarding a constant alarm which was going off for days in one of their properties next to our flat. It was only half an hour until somebody was sent out to rectify the problem and being only a couple of days before Christmas I was very grateful at how quickly they responded. I was impressed by how easy it was to contact them via chat as their office was closed for Christmas break. The guy was really friendly and provided brilliant customer service.

The property that I rented had multiple issues. I reported them and they were never fixed. During my move out process the agents granted access to contracted workers without my knowledge or consent. Those workers made a mess and caused minor damage which Elvin Estates took my security deposit for. After confronting this issue, Mia (the
agent) was unprofessional and unhelpful. They clearly don't care about their customers and are only interested in money. Will never associate with this agency again and will advise anyone I know against renting or buying through them. Couldn't figure out how to give negative stars.

Rented a property from Elvins for 10 months and I've never had such a bad experience. Not just with a landlord but with any company. I was continually dismissed about everything, four windows didn't shut properly and it took 9 months for them to do anything about it. They didn't act even when their own repairman told me the *front door lock* wasn't fitted properly. The place was a state and unsafe and they just did not care at all. The house was filthy when I got the keys, Elvins refused to do anything about it and I was told that the previous tenant's deposit wasn't enough money to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs, so I had to deal with living in a broken mess. Elvins then "lost" my inventory paperwork (twice!!) in which I documented the state of the place when I moved in. You couldn't make it up, it was truly so bad.
Landlord flat out didn't care about the state of the property, dumped stuff in the front garden and showed up unannounced at 8am repeatedly. The landlord was an issue, but it wasn't just that; the property was managed by Elvins and they did nothing.
A previous review from Erin calls them "Always rude, always dismissive, and in order to get anything fixed around the place, we had to call and call and call, some things NEVER got fixed." And I can 100% confirm this.
I moved after just 10 months when I expected to stay for much longer. My new property is managed by different agency and the difference between the two is SO MUCH. It's like night and day. My new place is home, safe, and the management company actually respect me and the property.
Avoid Elvins at all costs.

i have to admit its a cracking gaff, however i cannot except getting 16 year olds working there whispering in my ear '' come over here and ill show u around'' im 43 and thats the last think i need. to descibe the young predator he was about 5'11 good looking, long hair (slick back) that was the just the start. after that his friend Hayden tried to rugby tackle me on numerous occasions may of made contact with something rather innapropriate. to conclude it was a bang average day 6/10 xx

I rented my first property from them and it was a disaster. I was told I'd have electric on and working when I move in, been in 4 days and then called them when they then informed me its on a card which must have been left in the property. The inventory was completely wrong. Massive joke.
