A fantastic team of professionals who have been wonderful to deal with both in the search for a property and as a tenant in one of their managed properties. Took a day off to go see a property and they didn't show up to the appointment, and I was told they had let the property and didn't bother to let me know. It's a huge waste of time, avoid them.

Great for finding a property and getting moved in quickly as a tenant. Brilliant for a landlord that is looking for a company to list and protect their rights/property. Some of the staff, in my experience, can be passive-aggressive or snarky if you disagree on certain things as a tenant. Did not respond to one of my repair requests. Told me the fireplace was being repaired after move-in and that it would work, only to later tell me it was ornamental only after move-in.

We can not recommend Lodge Lettings enough. They have managed a rental property for us for over a year now & their service is excellent. Quick correspondence, keep us up to date and very friendly.

Lodge Lettings look after a rental property for us. They are professional and very responsive and take away all the headaches that can come with being a landlord. Coupled with great local knowledge I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They are a really amazing agency. They were always very helpful and they fixed any issues asap around the house. They would just come over in an hour if we needed some urgent help. The people working there are really nice! I can only recommend them.

The management is what makes it such a great place to live, they always follow through with what they say, they are ALWAYS kind, polite, and they care about their tenants, plus the housing is nice and well kept!
