Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. However, I cannot stress enough how different of an experience Empire Chase provides. In letting our property Empire Chase has provided a bespoke service with a degree of contact and follow-through that I had believed to be impossible to see. Their service has been impeccable and their rates very competitive - suffice it to say that I am truly glad we were recommended their services.

Finding an apartment which fits your requirements at an affordable price is a difficult thing to do in London however with Empire Chase all the stress was reduced and I found a really great affordable apartment through their services .

I was selling a house in Kenton, and my previous Estate agent was unable to sell it at my target price in 6 months, I was very disappointed. I have been using Naz and empire chase as a renter for more than 5 years now. I have been so happy with their service that we placed our own property under sale and rent with Naz and his team. He is so genuinely nice and helpful. Every other employee we have spoken to has been lovely. Whenever we have needed help Naz and empire chase has always supported us. There has never been an instance where they have not sorted out our problems with the property we are renting. So all in all i would give Naz and empire chase a 15 out of 10.
Naz has been on call for help with us for years now, me and my family have all called upon him for our queries and every time he was professional and understanding. He always did his best to help us. A few years back we had a serious problem with one of our alarms and we could not fix it. This was close to midnight and we called naz, he came over immediately to help us fix the issue. We have never had an instance where he has not helped us. He is genuinely one of the best agents i have come across.

I would like to extend my sincere and honest gratitude to the entire crew out there who were very helpful and supportive right from day1 especially Zohaib and Naz. You both were pillars of support during my stay here and I never faced any challenge throughout the stay. I’m very impressed with the way I was treated by Empire Chase.
I rented in Oct 2022 and moved out few days back. All the agencies will behave nice to you initially but it never remains same once you moved in :) Empire Chase is little different and they were co-operative and kind right from Day1 till my exit. I still recall that I was in notice period and I was having some issues with the flat utilities but their response was the same as before notice period. They really care for us. There are lot of small little incidents I can share. Overall, this agency is extreme helpful, co-operative and highly recommended. Not exaggeration but i’m really impressed with the way they are treating and helping people.
This review is something they have earned.
Reputation is something you don't build in a day, It takes years and I'm proud of getting my tenancy via you.

Here are some qualities that you can expect from Zee and the whole agency:

- communication is the best I have seen so far among estate agents. They can easily adapt to their client's communication preferences: phone calls, emails or meet ups - all on point. They respond to emails within 2-3 hours and very elaborate and detailed (most agents in London respond a day or two after or not at all), they answer calls instantly and take as long as needed to answer the inquiry (I did not have single call unanswered by Zee and he was very patient with responding to any concern I would raise - any.).

It has been 3 years of Empire Chase property management and is worth investing a few min to articulate the professionalism that I encountered from Empire and the high quality services that I have received.
My flat's high ceiling required mould cleaning once in a while to keep it in good conditions and I encountered a boiler issue once- all my Empire managed property services were prompt and professional.
Naz had been the key person from Empire that took care of my lease so far and he has been stellar.
I've rented properties in London for nearly 10 yrs from various agencies and Empire has been the only one that I can certify they care about their tenants and cater specifically to professionals to a high standard.
It is a pity to know they won't be managing the flat after my lease expires in Sept, and hope that I come across them in the future.
I would always recommend Empire to anyone I know and would hire Naz on the spot if I worked in the same industry.

It is been one and half years, I am staying in rented apartment managed by EmpireChase. My name is Dipankar De and I am dealing with Empire Chase from last 6 years.
Everyone says that they are very understanding about customer's need but in reality very few people actually do it. Empire chase is one of them who actually understood my situation more than once and supported me beyond my expectation.
Naz manages Empire Chase. Naz has helped me more than a friend in my life and that is also in many occasions. As an estate agent he didn't have to do that. I work in hospitality sector from last 15 years but never seen a commitment and dedication like him. I was in a very bad emergency situation and Naz left his own son's 1st birthday celebration to find me a flat in London at 10 pm in the night. If he didn't do that I would have been on the street that night with my family. He made a contract ready within 10 mins at 10 pm which is unbelievable. There are so many examples I can give where he helped me beyond my expectations. These are not at all just for money. He really knows the real meaning of a "Customer service" and "Humanity"

"Naz is the epitome of unprofessional."
There's not one negative review on here, which makes me question if any of them are real, considering my experience with Empire Chase and specifically Naz was beyond disturbing. He was off putting from the second he picked up the phone, I was calling to inquire about a property for rent. Instead I was questioned how I got his number (which is listed on the Empire Chase website). He then told me false information about the property and when I pressed him multiple times he changed his tune quite quickly. I explained what I wanted in the property and he didn't even acknowledge it and started to rush me off the phone. Then he said he'd send me something and never did. So his word means nothing as well. I begrudgingly followed up when I didn't receive the information after a few hours and he picked up and hung up the call immediately which says it all. The whole experience was shocking frankly and I can't imagine what clients have to deal with considering I wasn't even one yet and this is how I was treated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

One of the best property management agencies out there- Naz -my property manager is professional and easy to talk to.

Too bad they don’t yet offer letting properties as well in London as surely they have the skillset (one would argue more than some actual letting agencies in London at present time)-but maybe soon?

Empire Chase helped us find exactly the kind of apartment we were looking for. They are quick to repond and charge a very nominal fee compared to many of the other agencies.
