I enquired about a house the man on the phone was beyond rude wasn’t even trying to help just couldn’t be bothered when I asked if the house can be unfurnished he said no you need to make do. Im paying for the place mate you’re not letting me live there as a favour. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this estate agents to anyone

This estate agent is unreliable. I had a viewing appointment in Hayes, and the agent was 30 minutes late, citing traffic. After waiting for another 30 minutes, the agent didn’t show up. I called again, and their colleague said they would arrive in 2 minutes, but even after 5 minutes, the agent still didn’t show up.
What a waste of my time!

Empire estates are very professional and helpful, and this was warming for me as it was my first time letting out my property. Furthermore, they found very suitable tenants very quickly, and the transition period for the move in was much smoother than expected; and 2 months in there has been no issues with the chosen tenants. The management were exceptional at handling any maintenance issues in my property and I will be using this company for future lettings indefinitely.
