On both occasions they were a delight to work with. Always on hand to answer any questions regarding the property , as it was my first purchase/ sale they were very good at giving advice/ instructions on how to proceed .

Warren one of the partners was absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond we could not ask for more! We were the buyers of this property so he wasn’t our estate agent such as, but he could not be more helpful. Very long process as had problems with my buyers but he was there all the way doing all he could to make the chain move. If ever we were to move again I certainly would go with Sherwoods! He did all this for us an he wasn’t even getting paid by us, as we were the buyers! Very highly recommend

The sale of my house was not straightforward as we had tenants living in there. The house was sold quickly but we had to wait for the tenants to be evicted which took a long time. During this time the estate agents were very communicative and very helpful in all aspects - even trying to help find the tenants somewhere to rent.
Danny & Warren were the agents I dealt with and phoned back if they missed a call, answered any questions straight away. I cannot fault their work ethic - a credit to Sherwoods.

For reasons beyond Sherwoods control, the flat took over a year, and four offers, before it sold. Sherwoods were admirably persistent in remarketing after each of the first three buyers pulled out. They were also helpful in visiting the flat to check on it, and take meter readings, as we lived too far away to do that easily. Communications were good and Sherwoods always responded rapidly to phone calls and emails. Our main contact was Warren. He and his team did a great job.

Great friendly team, we have bought and sold houses with Sherwoods several times and they managed our buy to let flat whilst we owned it.
