Rubbish service from.the letting team called up 4 times message left for jack who never called back and I made it clear we want to rent a property and was told he was to busy to deal with us! They are not working efficiently for the landlord's and is the worst service I have recieved for an estate agent! They lost business from us and we went to another agent

My experience with Feltham Barnard Marcus was very good whilst I was looking for a property. They kept me well informed on what was available and what services they had to offer. What stood out for me was the honesty and openness from the staff. I would recommend 100% to family and friends! Five star service!! Thank you

I have a awful service from this guys the are the biggest croaks and lies I ever mate they don't act in a professional manners the only way to buy property with them to use they're Morgage broker Barnard Marcus should be Shem by employing such croaks

These guys never show you right property unless you agree to take their Mortgage services. I offered a property , then ask me lot of questions and offered Mortgage services and I said I have an adviser to sort-out my mortgage. They immediately refused my offer over phone.

Wouldn't even want to give this company one star. Had a terrible experience. I'm not saying they didn't do anything but their communication is so poor that you are not informed of anything and so have no idea what is going on. If it hadn't been for the estate agents that I brought my property from I would have been completely in the dark. They didn't seem to care that I was their client and actually I was the one paying them as long as the people who brought by property were happy and still wanted to buy it William h brown were happy even if I wasn't. A terrible experience and one I certainly won't go through again with William h brown

Pathetic to say the least, if i could give ZERO STARS, I would!
The worst estate agent i have ever used, they never fix problems and lie to not sort anything out.
I told them about a boiler concern i had when i just moved into a property as it kept cutting out with a F.29 code on the screen and they told me not to worry.
A few days later, i had carbon monoxide poisoning and was rushed to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital because of this.
These crooks only care about money and not your safety, the boiler was faulty and they assured me it was new, which it wasn't, it was 19 years old and faulty, never once had a gas check and i am currently taking these to court, environmental health and the council.

I cannot wait for this to go to court as they lies and pathetic excuses nearly killed, me, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

And another thing, the debt collectors "sequence" that you use to collect unpaid rent are bent as hell, they called me up on my mobile and threatened to come and see me and sort me out if i dont pay the rent (its 2 days over)..?

Absolutely fuming over this and to be threatened..? pretty much sums you up. Just wish i recorded the phone call as i could have given it to the police.

Well rather a disappointed opinion of this estate agent that even the manager seems to know the internal condition of previous house sales in the area by other agents.
As professional developers we find it quite amazing to be able to compare the unknown.IT MUST BE A GIFT
We think as an agent they should advise the client with concrete knowledge as every property requires varying amounts of work
