Rubbish service from.the letting team called up 4 times message left for jack who never called back and I made it clear we want to rent a property and was told he was to busy to deal with us! They are not working efficiently for the landlord's and is the worst service I have recieved for an estate agent! They lost business from us and we went to another agent

He and his team were professional, helpful, friendly and did everything they could to complete the sale. Our experience of viewing recently was pretty woeful. Recorded all the wrong details so could not return calls/email. Only seemed interesting in securing a mortgage appointment having asked 5 times before I even made it in the first room of the first viewing. And very odd marketing advice to owners having marketed all over rightmove etc at one price (for some time) even though the owner would only accept more - under a bazaar 'guide price' strategy. Shows a distinct lack of buyer behaviour and market awareness
