Our experience with Marina Nguyen has been exceptional. She has guided us through out the mortgage process and has been patiently answering all our questions (though most of them were pretty basic). Right from the very first initial phone call, through to viewing a property that was listed for sale, Alex and I were thoroughly impressed by the exemplary levels of customer service provided by your senior sales negotiator James Freeman. Throughout the whole process, James never once made us feel rushed. Buying a home can be a very stressful process, but James really took the time to really listen to what we were looking for in terms of a suitable property and the circumstances that have led us to even consider buying a property in the first place. James never once made us feel that we were just another number or statistic to add to his client books, as he had provided a very personalized level of service throughout. James was also easily contactable whenever I had a query regarding a property, as responses were always received on the same day. When it came to viewing the property, James was punctual (it was just so nice to have an agent ready and waiting for us to arrive at a property, rather than the other way around). James was also very knowledgeable, and he really took the time to give us a detailed tour of every square foot of the property. To conclude, James is a real asset to the Bernard Marcus team and he should be commended for his exemplary levels of customer service that helped to alleviate some of the stress involved in the process of buying a home.

Our experience with Marina Nguyen, the estate agent, was exceptional. We received a mortgage offer in 2 weeks, compared to another estate agent where it took 3 months. The overall customer service provided, reflected her professionalism and dedication she has for her clients. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to others.

They didn't put in the advertisement I had a front garden or garage of south facing garden forgot the keys for a viewing ended up failed viewing that day they didn't sell my property I withdrew it of the market with them.

We are currently in the process of completing both the sale and purchase of our properties with Barnard Marcus, Feltham, where all the staff that we have had dealings with, in particular James and Evan, have shown us nothing but professionalism throughout the process. We have been kept up to date on both the sale and purchase from the moment we stepped through their door and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again in the future. After trying to sell my property in Feltham area through a number of agents and having no joy, I was very happy with the swift and professional service that Barnard Marcus provided. After going on the market I had a great first open day attended by the the very knowledgable Nick, where we received multiple offers that were all handled and dealt with by the manager Evan very well.
After accepting an offer we were also very impressed with the swift and secure sale process. Having every thing covered by Barnard Marcus meant we were able to focus solely on finding our next home which we have since done and are moving along nice with everything. Thank you Barnard Marcus!

My husband and I started the process of buying our first home together. We found a property that would have been perfect for our family, arranged a viewing and shortly after made an offer. At this point, we were told no other offers had been made. After chasing for several days, we were eventually told the first offer we made wasn’t accepted so we increased it by a considerable amount. Following that offer, we were told they’d update one of us within 48 hours. It’s been a month and we are yet to receive an update from any one …
Updated: a few weeks ago we decided to contact the estate agents for an update on the offer we made. We were advised by 3 members of staff on 3 different occasions that selling the property has been put on hold, as requested by the owners. We were promised that when it is up and running again we would receive a call. I have just driven past the property and there is a SOLD sign outside. Online it says the same. Our offer was clearly not passed on to the owners and we weren’t given a fair shot to increase our offer if needed.
I would never recommend this estate agents for buying or selling a property, all of them are extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

I have recently brought our first home in the Uk with Bernard Marcus, Marina Nguyen was our Mortgage advisor and she help us through the mortgage process without a hitch, from start to the end everything went flawless, the whole process was done in just 2 months, I consider we were very much blessed to get Marina to help us out with the entire stress free process, for those thinking to buy a new home choosing Bernard Marcus, Marina as your advisor you will not regret.
The fees are charged by them is reasonable, what else would we ask for. Once Thank you Marina.

Sale not complete yet, but agent did not reveal realistic estimate of sale fees, which they would obviously know from their experience as they just wanted to reduce estimate too low to lock the seller in the sale process. Not happy with the experience so far, would go with another agent and another solicitor to complete the sale. I would rethink selling from the ridiculous fees.
