They are not professional, honest or clear at all. They are good until they take your money. Then they lie 100 times/day. We have agreed on a deadline, and they did not meet the time we agreed for. I called the manager hoping he could fix the issue. What I have got is justifying his bad employee behaviour! Thus, I cancelled my house rent with them. Ok, I have lost £400 for nothing but it is better than to have a long-term contract with agent that I could not trust with anything.
