I contacted Ceaser and howie was allocated a lawyer and was told I was too request my own social work files that was on behalf of myself which was the lawyers job and have had no contact since. I am appalled at the service as soon as I had said I was requesting legal aid it seemed like my case no longer mattered and was swept under the rug.... Read more

Twice now, I have asked for someone to contact me, once regarding the making of a will and secondly to get a certificate to authorise the withdrawal of poa. In the first instance, I had the will completed by the time they had called me back. In the second instance, I am still awaiting a call some 3 weeks later.
