Choosing an estate agent is not usually an easy decision with many offering similar services, however when we met Mark he just stood out from the others we had met. Firstly he met us on a Sunday which was helpful so we could both meet him and ask questions. Not only did he explain the whole selling process in an easy manner he also advised he would be available to carry out viewings and book them 7 days a week. He gave us feedback after each viewing and kept us up to date regularly with future viewing and statistics on rightmove etc.After accepting the offer he then helped with communication between us and the solicitors on both sides which helped us achieve a completion within 3 months of accepting the offer. We could not recommend Mark enough as he literally did go above and beyond for us which was hugely appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and would highly recommend him if you are looking for an estate agent with a personable manner and a different approach to main stream selling agents. We had a fantastic experience with Mark throughout our house search. He showed us around lots of properties in the area and was incredibly accommodating, even arranging three viewings back-to-back for us.

Having had my house on the market for some time and trying two different agents I became very dispondent . Lack of viewings , lack of contact and lack of enthusiasm for selling my home. I was then introduced to Mark from Ewemove .Straight away I got a good feeling . I felt confident that Mark would be able to sell my house . His approach was different to other agents. He explained he would do the viewings himself. He did a great video of my home really selling it that was used on social media . I think in the first few weeks I got more viewings than I had had in total from both the other agents !
The thing that Mark excelled at and that puts him head and shoulders above all others was communication . House selling is such a stressful time and after talking to anyone going through this process, no sale runs smoothly and mine was no exception! Mark made this rocky road so much smoother . He was always on the other end of the phone. Never once could I ever get hold of him , weekends , evenings Mark was contactable and would reply to any messages left within the hour . His advice and support was second to none.

Mark from Ewemove was great through the whole process of selling my house. He made me feel at ease and was happy to spend time explaining the process and giving advice. He also left me with a very useful booklet on selling your home, which was great to refer to at my leisure.
Once appointed, he took time to ask questions about the property to ensure he had information to pass on to potential buyers, and took great photos of the property himself for the listing.
He was always available to answer any questions I had and was proactive in chasing things up to keep everything on track.
He managed all of the viewings and I am very happy that an offer was accepted within a week of listing and completion two and a half months later.

Mark has been brilliant from the very first viewing. As first-time buyers, we turned up with about 47 questions… and somehow left with answers to about 120 questions we didn’t even know we had.
He patiently explained mortgages, ownership, and the entire process without ever making us feel like complete amateurs.
At this point I’m convinced he’s part estate agent, part mortgage advisor, and part therapist for confused first-time buyers.

After an unsuccessful start on the market with another agent, we were recommended to speak with Mark.
Mark met with us at a time that suited our schedule and took the time to explain how he works differently from other agents. It was clear he had done his homework… not just relying on facts and figures from databases, but really considering how best to market our property, highlight its features, and truly understand what made it special.
One of the things that really sets Mark apart is that he handles everything himself. You’re not passed from one person to another, dealing with a receptionist one day and a contracted photographer the next. Mark works solo and is involved in every step of the process, which means everything is done with care and attention rather than rushed simply to tick boxes. It’s clearly in his best interests to make sure everything is done properly.
Mark’s flexible working hours were extremely important to me. I work unsociable hours, and if we needed a question answered at 10pm, he was there with a speedy response. If a potential buyer got in touch outside of normal office hours with questions about our property or requests to view, he responded promptly…far better than waiting until Monday morning or 9am the next day (especially if you’re inpatient, like me!!)
What really stood out to me was Mark’s attention to detail in his marketing strategy. It was by far the best we had come across: premium adverts, fantastic professional photographs, captivating property descriptions, a regular social media presence, and even a bespoke video filmed in our home. It went well above and beyond anything we had seen from other agents.
Aside from all of this, Mark is simply a great person to work with, easy to get along with, with a good sense of humour, and even willing to help carry boxes…. After all, you don’t show up on moving day expecting to stand there empty-handed!
HUGE thanks Mark - if ever we decide to do it all over again we’d choose you!

Mark @EweMove helped us to sell our house. Mark is very professional and an absolutely amazing person. Throughout the sale process Mark kept us informed, coordinating the sale/purchase with all the parties involved and ensured that the entire chain stuck together (which came close to falling apart on three occasions). Mark provides a human touch to the entire process which makes it less stressful.
The entire process of sale (his photography, videos, etc are top notch) including listing on different websites is timely and with lots of good content. We managed to secure 7-8 views within 2-3 days of listing and had offers within a week.

Can’t recommend Mark at EweMove enough-he is great! He made me feel at ease, talked through everything in great detail, explained all options available and costings etc without making me feel like he was in a rush.
He has checked in on me to offer support with mortgage brokers also but left me to make contact when needed without hassling me. He has great attention to detail with everything-even down to his socks!

Mark was very proactive throughout the selling process. He answered messages and arranged meetings early in the morning for me, and I know he contacted potential buyers at night when they were available. I met with a few agents beforehand, but Mark was the only one who filled me with confidence and respected my house.
During the valuation, Mark gave me a book detailing how to present my house, which was super useful. He also gave me some advisories on what I should do, and provided some printouts of current and past listings to support his valuation.
He took really nice and accurate photos of the house, made a virtual tour and a video of the house within days of me appointing him.
Astonishingly, he sold my house within a month! Very pleased with the level of service I received. Well done Mark

I found out about EweMove after a leaflet was posted through our door offering free house valuations. I therefore contacted Mark and booked a valuation online. The process of booking the valuation was quick and seamless, and Mark was very kind to give me a call to explain things a bit more before the appointment.
On the day of the valuation, Mark came prepared with other local listings, and lots of information which proved very helpful. He also provided a guide book with lots of useful information in.
I felt extremely at ease with Mark & feel confident that he'd be able to get the price we want, when we decide to sell.
I would definitely recommend contacting him if you're thinking about selling, even just to ask for some information or a free valuation.
