We’ve been in the buying process with Fardella & Bell for a few months now (good ‘ol solicitors taking their time). I can genuinely say that this Estate Agents is a breath of fresh air. I have mostly dealt with Grace who has gone above and beyond with middle-womaning between the vendor and myself. A gem of a person who provides updates regularly. Every single team member I have encountered has been lovely - Megan the lady who did the viewing and Holly who sorted my offering. Just great at what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fardella & Bell to sell my house if I ever needed or wanted to.

It didn’t take long for the house to sell for asking price and communication between myself and Fardella was second to none, very efficient and always helpful.

After a very long winded process of buying our first home and having a lot of solicitors troubles, Holly absolutely bent over backwards to help us in the process. As it was our first time buying, we didn’t exactly know how the process would go. If I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! We bought a house that was for sale with Fardella and Bell so technically, we weren't their clients. However, they could not have done more for us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We dealt mainly with Aimee, who's friendly and professional attitude shone through at every meeting. Moving day was traumatic to say the least and the exchange was literally down to the wire! However, Fardella and Bell were in constant contact and kept us updated every step of the way. I can honestly say that I will never move again ???????? but for anyone that does, I would not hesitate to recommend Fardella and Bell.
