Can't recommend Aimee, Megan, Rachel and their team highly enough. My mum was selling her house and downsizing after my dad's death, and the sensitivity they showed to her - helping her with viewings for months, and keeping us both fully updated at every stage - was completely above and beyond. The marketing was excellent too. These ladies are a masterclass in how estate agency should be done! Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.

We sold our house through Fardella Bell within a fairly short space of time. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The communication and professionalism was first class from start to finish. We were kept informed at every stage and their initial marketing of the property was excellent as well. On top of that they are all a very friendly bunch! We would tell anyone thinking of putting their property on the market to look no further.

We had amazing support from Rachel at Fardella and Bell when we recently bought our house. There was a lot of hassle and stress with the chain and she went out of her way to sort things out. She chased solicitors and other estate agents to push things forward and bring everything together in a tight time frame. Rachel was reassuring and so easy to deal with. We are very grateful for her professional help but also her kindness. We cannot recommend F&B too highly.

From the lovely Aimee valuing our property, taking amazing photographs and then the coverage on social media which was astonishing!
Nothing was ever too much trouble, all the girls were happy to help, a big thank you to Megan, Rachel and Holly.
Even when our first buyer withdrew Aimee promised she'd sell it soon and sure enough it had sold within the week!
