Absolutely brilliant staff.
Very welcoming, helpful and informative.
The staff made the purchase smooth and had all the relevant information to hand.
Both parties were well and constantly informed.
Staff go above and beyond to help ensure things are done on schedule.
They even organised a viewing out of hours, which suited both parties.
Easily contactable through either the phone lines or the companies WhatsApp account.

After having a number of sales fall through with another agent (through no fault of mine, or the house!), I moved to Fardella and Bell, and I'm so glad I did. They found a cash buyer for my property and it literally took 6 weeks from the viewing until I was packed up and moving out on completion day! The girls were always at the end of the phone when I needed them and couldn't have been better to deal with. Highly recommend. :)
