Speaking as new landlords the service of Belvoir Burnley as a lettings agent has been good - very helpful, fair and easy to deal with. All of their staff are professional and pleasant.
They quickly found us a very good tenant at the desired monthly rent and so far everything seems to be going well. They had been recommended to us twice and we would recommend them also.

I put my house in Nelson up for sale with Nigel Darcy estate agents who amalgamated with Belvoir during the process. Whilst I was very disappointed in Darcy estate agents communications I hoped that the new amalgamation would improve this and said so. Still no feedback, market appraisal or communication of any kind. After around 2 months, although I can't be sure because we were not told about the amalgamation until I rang to ask what if anything was happening, I withdrew the property from them and sold within 2 weeks with another local estate agent.

I have been with Belvoir for the past two years and I can certainly say hand on heart they are the best in the business.
I have been renting a home from them and when ever I had any problems with the house they was fast off the mark to sort things out and was always prompt with the quality checks yearly and always very polite and professional.
I have always had very bad experiences with landlords and renting until I came across Belvoir. I highly recommend them and they will not let you down.

Mick and Linda and all the team have looked after my properties for over 10 years now. They have always provided an excellent service. Quarterly inspections, running repairs, vetting new tenants and always helping out.
It really makes a huge difference when the people involved show just how important your business is to theirs. It’s so reassuring to know that they have your best interests at heart. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I started off renting many many years ago and then ended up purchasing the house I was renting. Years later my circumstances changed and I ended up renting the property out so I have ofcourse went to Belvoir as the agent.
I have always found Michael , his wife Linda and all the team very professional in their approach, helpful and very timely in dealing with any enquiry. I have only now stopped using their service as my tenant wanted to purchase the property otherwise I would have carried on.
Its been around 8 years or so and I cannot fault at all. I would highly recommend and wish them well in these challenging times. Kind Regards Vicky

I've only been a landlord for 7 years and I thought I would be comfortable doing all the necessary services myself. I was wrong. I have never looked back since I signed on with Belvoir. From the very first meeting with Michael, I knew that this was going to be a good company to work with. He spent a lot of time giving advice (as his wife did a week later) and I knew I could put my trust in them. They take all the "hassle" out of property letting. The staff are all excellent and really quick to make contact and resolve any issues. They are also so easy to get along with. If you need a letting agent then I advise you use Belvoir Burnley.

Myself and my wife have lived in a property managed by Belvior Burnley for 15 months, and the service couldn’t have been better. They were always on the other end of the phone with any questions or queries we had. I’ve rented many many times in the past and the landlord/renting company have been awful, only driven by targets and once you’re in their house they only care about your money, but Belvior Burnley have honestly been great and I would recommend them to anyone. Belvoir Burnley was recommended to me a few years ago by another landlord and I employed them to manage my first property in Burnley. I then recently re-engaged them for a second Burnley property because I felt I could rely on them. If there are any problems they get in touch with me quickly and respond promptly to keep the tenants (and therefore me) happy. Any hiccoughs with the rent coming in also get dealt with correctly. They went the extra mile recently to contribute to solving a major problem with the local council. I’ve always felt that they were there for me and ready to give me sound advice. Also, something that is so rare these days, the Belvoir staff work as a team and communicate with each other. I certainly recommend them.

I have previously let properties from other agencies and have not had a very good experience. However, I have previously left a property that I rent from Belvoir Lettings and it is safe to say that they have left me with a totally different insight into letting agencies. For the duration of the 3 and a half years I lived in one of their properties, they have been attentive, courteous and helpful throughout. Andrew in particular has been superb! I would definitely recommend letting from them.

They respond to emails and calls quickly and gets fast turnarounds when tenants make requests of landlords and vise-versa. They've set high standards and the whole team is highly effective. If Possible it would of been no stars at all, rude staff, bathroom was falling to bits reported many times to them but no action in terms of repair.
Unreliable arrogant staff who do not listen to concerns of tennants, landlord who was associated with the house was never to be seen or heard from.
Definitely the worst housing association and staff I have ever dealt with.

The office staff and property are second to none only reason it's not a five star rating is the minor need for maintenance takes a while to find out when things are getting done and what will be done but from experience with other housing agencies Belvoir reassure you they are working on the issue and make several visits to make sure everything is OK with the property and yourselves.

I have found Belvoir to be such a friendly and efficient company. From the very first meeting I felt at ease. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been most accommodating, nothing has been too much trouble. Any problems were dealt with immediately within an hour or so. I would wholly recommend Belvoir and would not hesitate to use them again myself. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I have found Belvoir to be very friendly, reliable & easy to deal with.
I have lived in a property managed by them for just over a year now and they have always been very swift when I have needed advice or issues that have arisen (for example, one of the bathroom taps wasn't working properly and they had arranged a plumber to come over probably within half an hour, and the plumber was probably over within the hour!).
They have also been very good when it has come to routine visits and always ask how things are going and if I have issues. The same goes for the personnel (who are not directly Belvoir employees) who have come to check alarms or the heating system/gas. They have always asked how things are going generally and if I need anything.
All in all, great job Belvoir!

Even before I entrusted Belvoir with the sourcing of tenants and the management of letting my property, I was given "heaps" of free and extremely helpful information about "buying to let - the do's and dont's" from the Belvoir management staff.
Tenants were found and were moving in before I expected and this was after a couple of prospective families had been vetted but did not come up to the standard Belvoir required. This certainly made me feel comfortable in that I wasn't going to get a "difficult" tenant.
During the period upto getting tenants, and indeed ever since, I have found the staff very easy to deal with and every query is dealt with quickly and professionally.
I love going into the Office. I am made to feel "important" and greeted with smiles.
I'm with you Belvoir and I'm glad. keep up the good work.

I have been renting out my house for about ten years through Belvoir, and can only say that it has been a fruitful and pain free experience.
It was with some doubts that I embarked on the renting out route, as I envisaged problems a plenty, with tenants who failed to pay their rent or wrecked the place, looming large in my mind.
.This proved to be quite unfounded as the team at Belvoir have carried out their role with great consideration for myself as landlord and my tenants as well.
There have been no concerns as I have been kept informed by regular checks on the state of the property, as well as reminders as insurance, utility checks, etc. become due.
As one tenant ends their contract, Belvoir have rapidly found another tenant, so periods without rent coming in have been minimal.
So put your doubts to rest whether you are a prospective landlord or tenant, you will find your needs met with a caring and efficient staff at Belvoir.
You can trust them to do a good job for you.

Having been involved with the team at Burnley now for nearly ten years if not longer off and on, which says a lot in itself, I have used the Burnley branch for different houses of mine and used them to rent for someone else.
Each time it has always been an easy transformation with all the right things done at the right time and in the right place.
This team (all of them) not only look after the landlords but the tenants too, and sometimes they have a lot to put up with from both sides, but they stay on yours side you are never left to feel unsupported. by any body

Not all Lettings Agents are the same. We have 11 houses throughout Yorkshire/ Lancashire and we have had some dreadful experiences with most of our Lettings Agents, EXCEPT Belvoir in Burnley.
Michael and his team are simply Brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful. Very Caring and Thorough. If you have an investment property in the Burnley area, and you want less stress, then you should not hesitate to ask Belvoir to look after it.

Belvoir Burnley provided a fantastic hand holding service when I recently bought my buy to let property. They even advised me on what areas of Burnley to focus on when I was conducting my property search, which was amazing since I do not know the area well. When carrying out the renovation work they also recommended great contractors and project managed a lot of the work. We now have a great tenant who will hopefully live in the property for a long time. Every step of the way they have been excellent and made the whole process a lot easier. Thank you.

As a private landlord i can highly reccommend belvior, not only did i find all the staff courteous and very helpfully regarding all matters. as a private landlady cost is always a issue and i find belvoir rates extremely conpetetive compared to other agencys. i also found that there scheulded inspections were very thorough and carried to a high standard and by far the best i have recived from any letting agents ive used.

I'm very greatfull to belvoir lettings. I've let a property through them for the last three years and would emphatically recommend their services. I've had four tenants provided by belvior and the vacant time between tenants has been kept to a minimum due to the efficiency of Belvoir's team. On the one occasion of being let down by a tenants negligence, Belvoir stood strong for me. Michael and all his staff are always polite and efficient and have been from day one of dealing with them. Hanah was the first member of staff I had dealings with on approaching the letting agency and her efficiency and provision of information convinced me to go with Belvoir over other letting agencies. Lauren has continued this high level of proffesionalism with on going dealings. Thanks to all at Belvoir. Can't recommend enough!!
