Rude, patronising, condescending staff. Charlotte is extremely confrontational. Repairs ignored, inspections sprung on tenants with no warnings then charged for their lack of communication. Absolutely appalling service for tenants

Bought though Steph @ Pembroke Office
Efficient, polite & responsive any question. After trying to buy though 2 other estate agents in the area who were either rude or unhelpful. Steph was pleasure to buy though, wish more people had as much enthusiasm about there role as she does.

I'm glad I went with FBM to sell my property, as they were extremely helpful with the entire process and professional through out.
Their agents Anwen and Jordan were especially helpful, and their reassurances through what turned out to be a long and difficult sale, helped put my mind at ease.
If I were selling a house again I would certainly go back to them.

Anwen delivered a 5 star service throughout, from our initial viewing in which she was very helpful and knowledgeable, to the subsequent purchase helping ensure we got it over the line as quickly as possible, and then the sale of our old home (which she managed to sell before even hitting the market). We did hit some road blocks along the way on our sale but Anwen did all she could and kept us updated along the way.

Excellent. Donna & Anwen went above and beyond making sure our move went smoothly. Donna especially was a calming voice amid the chaos of moving and solved problems without being asked.

We cannot fault the service we were given by Anwen. She was everything we'd want in an estate agent: relaxed, genuine and friendly but with all the necessary info on the property and the local area at her fingertips. Made some great suggestions about potential alterations to the property we viewed to make the best use of space.
