Can't speak highly enough of Fermers! I would highly recommend Fermers. I both sold my property through them and purchased my new home with them, so I experienced their service from both sides of the process.<br>Josh, Tara and the whole team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. We cannot rate Fermers highly enough. They do not disappoint!<br><br>The whole team are superb. Josh absolutely goes above and beyond. He has incredible energy and worked endlessly not only in selling our property but also trying to find us our next home. Nothing has been too much (and we've lost track of the number of viewings he's taken us on, Sundays and bank holidays included!). Michael was second to none in handling our viewings - he clearly loved our property and we have no doubt that this enthusiasm contributed to how quickly we secured our buyers. Paul's knowledge of the area is second to none and really does make Fermers the most well-rounded team of agents we've ever worked with.<br><br>A special mention to Tara, who battled against a volatile and hugely frustrating chain. If only the other agents in the chain had been as proactive and hard working at progressing matters as she was. We've sold and bought many houses over the years and we've never had any agent work as hard to get us moving and keep a chain together. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Tara from fermers is a credit to the industry and it is a breath of fresh air to work with a team of professionals that are passionate about what they do, and are prepared to get the job done proactively. Too often estate agents sit back and wait for their commission cheque, but not Fermers. The true benefit of working with a boutique estate agency is the collective experience across the team. They know everyone and everything - have even set us up with a contact to get our renovation plans kickstarted.<br><br>If you’re considering agents, you seriously won’t regret working with these guys.<br><br>To Tara - thank goodness that is over!!!
