Jenna is the best estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is super professional but also kind, friendly and goes way, way above and beyond the call of duty. Would recommend to everyone, especially those unsure of the processes of house selling/buying. I've also previously rented a flat through EastHaus and the experience was as above. This was the most amazing flat purchase experience. From 1st viewing to completion in 2.5 months. I have been in the process with another agency for a few month already and the sale fell through last min mostly due to awful communication and zero support. Once I met Liam and Jenna from EastHaus things took off. I did not even know that communication with a property firm can be that great. Jenna and her team are kind, thorough, always follow up in a timely manner and truly ensure that you feel comfortable with the process.
