Heather and Ben were both immensely helpful throughout my property purchase, all the way through to exchange and completion. It was an old property and there were ups and downs with the paperwork, but they were always on hand to help resolve issues. I would recommend them very highly.

We recently completed on our purchase of a cottage in Crickhowell thanks to the kind efforts and dedication of the team at Fine & Country in Abergavenny, in particular Melanie Kopec, who was wonderfully helpful throughout the ups and downs of the purchasing process. The very first property we viewed in the area, about five years ago, was with Melanie and we are so glad that the property we finally purchased is through her. Melanie never gave up on us despite our changing brief as our life circumstances changed over the years. We felt so reassured by her warm professionalism and caring persistence that Melanie would find us the home we were looking for one day - and she did!
