We recently sold our house with Fine and Country after trying with another company, my gosh what a difference going with an experienced company made, the house sold in the first week. Yes there are shiny new companies out there who are great on social media but they can't sell houses for toffee....F&C do it all so well, they were always on hand if needed, they know everyone who you need to know so are great at linking you up with people you might need such as gardeners, furniture suppliers, cleaners etc, and are great at nudging along the conveyancers when needed. Thank you to Olivia, Daniel and Jackie at the Woodhouse Eaves Office you are a dream team.

Fine and Country recently sold our House in Osgathorpe. Daniel valued and arranged amazing photos and was very knowledgeable of the area and subsequently valued the house and pitched it perfectly. It sold very quickly due to his expertise. Following on from that Olivia managed the rest of the sale for us. We were dogged with numerous very stressful hiccups along the way that she was absolutely brilliant at helping us get through She communicated with all parties in the chain reassured us all and quite simply was brilliant from start to finish! I would highly recommend the team for their professionalism, care, support and help during a dreadfully tricky time with COVID restrictions in place and solicitors snowed under with far too many transactions to cope well. The Fine and Country team were supportive and got us through it. Thank you's to go specifically to Olivia who had to bear the brunt of the kerfuffles and not once was she anything other than fabulous.
