A great estate agent to work with from start to finish of the sale of my house. I had no experience at all of selling a house so it was all new to me but Rebecca and Ben made it so easy for me. Excellent coverage of my house from the original photos and video, updating along the way as my house was cleared. I had moved a bit of a distance away so it was all left in their hands. Really nice people to work with and that makes a world of difference. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent Service
In selling our late mothers house we considered three Loughborough estate agents. The initial telephone contact with Rebecca at Holders was superior to the other two and Rebecca was the only one who didn’t change either the person inspecting or the day/time of inspection.
Having seen all three agents Rebecca’s market knowledge was the best. In addition, Holders proposal was significantly more modern than the others with online marketing and use of social media to build interest being major parts of the marketing strategy. This complimented more
traditional methods such as a For Sale Board and property particulars.
We were advised of all viewings beforehand, they were carried out in person by Rebecca or Ben and feedback was provided the same day. All offers were reported within a very short time of being
received and their advice in drawing the offers together was excellent.
Once an offer had been accepted Rebecca was proactive in liaising with the purchasers, our solicitors and us. When we needed to contact Rebecca or Ben one of them was generally available and when
this wasn’t the case they would either call back or message quickly.
Some of the other agents have large teams and consequently multiple people dealing with an instruction. Personally I don’t like this and thankfully it wasn’t the case with Rebecca and Ben. They are a small team who brought real professionalism energy and enthusiasm to our instruction.
We have no hesitation in recommending Holders.

I was really impressed with the service Holders provided throughout the sale of the property - from Rebecca's positive attitude about its saleability, to the communication throughout the transaction. The property was being sold remotely, and they even went the 'extra mile' to help out when access for contractors was needed. Would happily use Holders again!

Incredible experience from start to finish. House listed, and we had sold within 1 week - and completed in less than 8 weeks! Considering we had two small children (aged 0 and 2), it was amazing to have such a smooth experience. The communication throughout was amazing. Couldn't recommend Rebecca and her team enough! Quite simply, it was the best decision we made in our house move process. In fact, the chain would never have ‘completed’ without Rebecca, she was magnificent.
