They were with me every step of the way for my onward purchase, going above and beyond when I needed advise or guidance. Very polite and nothing too much trouble, with a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. Fine and country have not failed to impress. We went with them initially because our neighbors had sold with them with ease and fairly quickly. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale. Well lets start as we mean to go on! Ema is just brilliant, a very highly experienced agent, that is honest, and transparent delivering a viewing. We sadly didn't use Fine and Country to sell our house as we didn't want to pay the up front fee's, however after appointing another agent the photo shoot of our beautiful home was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer. Maybe the up front fees were worth it after all as you pay for what you get. We also had a great experience when purchasing our property 5 years ago so this review is based on two experiences. Professional, Practical and Friendly We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. Therefore Fine & Country made us considerably more money our property than if we had gone with a local agent who valued it much lower. Not a good experience. They act like they are doing you a favour in showing you the property, are rude about upselling mortgage services, and couldn't even be bothered to spell our names correctly. They also don't especially like dealing with Londoners, it seems. Your mileage may vary as they have a fair bit of the market around Maidstone, but we had higher expectations.... Read more
