Fine and country have not failed to impress. We went with them initially because our neighbors had sold with them with ease and fairly quickly. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale. We had weekly updates of the chain and very quick responses to queries. Communication was thorough and detailed all the way through. Took time off work to show Branch Manager Michael Commons my house with a view to marketing the property and when I called back after two weeks to chase a formal appraisal, they couldn't even remember visiting, let alone value my house.
