My experience with Fine and Country is that this company are top notch. Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process. Their desire to build a relationship with us was noticed immediately and it was obvious that they were on our side and keen to do their very best for us. A poor example of an estate agent. Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.... Read more
