I had sold previously with this agent and the experience was good, but not this time. There is no branch in Werrington despite being advertised as open.
The other branches aren’t interested or proactive.
They would rather focus their time on chat and games rather than get the job done.

House sales are made or broken by communication.
Firmin & Co are bad. VERY BAD.
Little to no idea about keeping all parties engaged and up to date with current status. Lack of any urgency to chase after sale agreed to get it over the line.
Poor communication leads to lack of trust and worse still, inability to plan the move.

Fantastic from start to finish, Sold within one viewing. James was very professional throughout, always kept in touch and willing to support when our onward purchase faced problems.

Out of all the estate agents I marketed my property with, Firmin was the most active in getting viewings and getting my property sold. They kept my up to date with the progress of the sale of my property with weekly emails. I would recommend Firmin & Co
