If Carlsberg made Estate Agents they would have made Nathaniel.
We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest.
He was charming, thorough and really sold the property.

After having the property on the market with another agent for a year we contacted Connells, Jason was more than helpful. The property was put on the market, with a floor plan, this had not been done previously. After a steady flow of viewers the property soon sold! The team, again especially Jason & Nathaniel have been great, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

I would just like to say how happy I was with the connells werrington team.
If we came to sell again we would 100% be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
They kept in contact with us during the whole process.
Jason always contacted us weekly during our process for updates, if we needed anything he always replied to emails rapidly.
Our home sold within a couple of days of going to the market.
The photos were perfect and made our home look exactly how it was.

We were looking for the right house for more than a year. Went through a lot agencies. Werrington Connells was the only agency that listened our needs and updated with the new houses that wasn't even on the market. If I'll ever decide to sell the house I will go through them as they really want to sell. Never had a problem to book a viewing or getting answers to my enquiries. A big thank you to Joseph and Jason for their all support, information, patience and updates. We had solicitors and mortgage advisor from different companies but Jason was our contact number 1 as always had answers and happy to help. From start till end 5 star experience.
