We bought a house via rosedale properties last year and as most purchases go nothing was straightforward. Rosedale, however, were absolutely fantastic. Sharon at rosedale worked extremely hard to get all the relevant paperwork. From chasing solicitors, land registry and solar panel paperwork and all whilst she was unwell. We never felt passed off and they communicated very well between us and the vendors. The hard work put in by rosedale undeniably made the process easier and we were very grateful. When we choose to sell, rosedale would definitely be at the top of our list.

Within 1 week of putting our house on the market Rosedale had secured an over asking price offer. Likewise, they helped us secure our forever family home. The sale of our property became quite complicated and we were unfortunate that within the chain two of the solicitors involved were unhelpful, to say the least. However the branch manager Sharon took personal ownership of our sale and purchase, ensuring the chain stayed on the wheels. Moving house is perhaps one of the most stressful things you can do but I always felt reassured after having spoken to Sharon or a member of her team. Special thanks to Helen also, for all her help. When I went into branch to swap keys, the team were genuinely so happy for us and it was lovely to meet the ladies in person. We have no intention of ever moving again but we would be pleased to recommend Rosedale to anyone.

Rosedale are good property agents. In particular, Gemma was my property consultant following the offer I placed on one of Rosedale properties. My existing sale was very complex, and throughout the process I found Gemma to be responsive, and extremely helpful through some challenging exchanges with the sellers for my property purchase - and kept both our interests at heart. I always found Gemma to be courteous and calm in all my exchanges with her, even though I appreciate she may have been getting a lot of pressure from the chain above. I feel Gemma is a great asset to Rosedale and has great customer service skills. She is a great negotiator and really helped to secure my purchase, regularly updating me and the rest of the chain with current status, and going over and above to chase up on my sale for a property she was not managing. Being a couple who are vunerable and wanting to move asap, viewings or stepping into someone else's home can be quiet daunting atm. However, Rosedale do online video tours for almost all their properties, which really helps someone like us who are anxious during this time. The branch overall have an outstanding understanding & empathy towards people with any sort of extra needs, which I think is really important to us.
Jess has been amazing with us, she has always been friendly and proffesional, moreso, she has followed all the rules during & after the pandemic to keep everyone safe. She also gives us space to view the house at our own pace which really gives you time to take it all in.
Becky has now moved to the Stamford branch, but she was always keeping us in the loop with any new houses that have come on.
Helen, Gemma & Paul are also very helpful in giving us the finer details. I haven't met Ben yet, but he does alot of the video tours and I think the detail and information he covers in them are super helpful!
Sharon who is actually the manager of this lovely lot, is extreamly kind and approachable should we ever need anything. Nothing has ever been too much trouble :)

Brilliant estate agents! So so glad I cancelled on purplebricks as they were absolutely useless! They had so so much patience as I weren’t the smartest ! Applied for the house and been informed that there is other few applicants.Not a problem.But nobody informed nor through email,sms or even that platform they use( through which u apply for the property),not to mention there was no call back to inform that property was let to someone else.So for days u stuck in stalemate position and wasted time on waiting for simple answer so u can carry one with ur search.Staff is polite tho but everything else is not so good.

A good friend of mine and my daughter have had very poor service from this letting agency. Inconsistent, no call backs, level of professionalism depends on who you speak to on the telephone. Extremely condescending and judgemental depending on your social status resulting in confusion and upset. Tenants come from all social backgrounds and circumstances are very hard especially at the moment. I could go on...

Rosedale just sold our property, when it went on market had tenants in who were totally aware of us selling etc. Rosedale were very professional and considerate of the tenant, giving plenty of notice and were informative and inclusive with us so we could let the tenant be aware at all times. The tenant then found another place on their own terms so then the house was empty then for viewings.
Sold just before lockdown and we were kept informed the whole time. All the team at the Peterborough branch were great very friendly and helpful and professional.
Would highly recommend either with it without a tenant.

Rosedale staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful, Only thing that let them down was not letting me know that they had two offices in Bourne on the day i went to sign my Tenancy, so i arrived slightly late anyway after the drive out to Bourne (taking into account that they have 2 offices in Peterborough) I struggled to find somewhere to Park, but found there offices easily on the main high street, only to be told that i then had to get across the road and follow pathway through an alley way to find the rental office hiding out of the way, and then realising that the Car park i passed on the way into Bourne was actually the one wanted to get to the letting office. So maybe a little more direction may good for future tenants. Other than i still say they are definitely the best and friendliest Estate agents that I have ever dealt with. Well done guys keep up the brilliant work.

Today is completion day, and my partner an I couldn't be happier. Having had dealings with other estate agents in the past I can confirm that Rosedale not only make you feel like you're welcome and nothing is too much trouble, but their communication is superb which is key. Both myself and friends have had bad experiences with other agents in the past and I'm happy the seller of the property we've just purchased chose to use Rosedale - it made the often painful process of buying a property that much more simple to digest.
I can't comment from a sellers perspective, but if our experience as buyers is any indication you can do SOOOO much worse with other agents. I would definitely consider using them in the future.
