We decided to use Fletchers as their Internet reviews were complimentary and the website was well laid out. The valuation exceeded those we received from other agents within the area and in hindsight proved to be too high given the work required to bring the probate house up to standard. After initial viewings all went quiet. Perhaps we should have taken the lead and suggested an earlier price drop. Communication re the sales team was excellent as were the attended viewings. Overall the experience has been positive though perhaps could have been more focused when viewings were lacking.... Read more

Annette and the team at Fletcher and Co Derby gave us a fantastic level of service throughout. This was a very challenging sale due to our family circumstances but Fletchers handled every new challenge with utter professionalism and a positive approach. They never once dropped the ball, with excellent communication and a drive to solve every problem (non of which arose from them). They immediately got lots of people viewing and were excellent at following everything through, monitoring every sale in the chain to ensure it all happened as planned. Jeremy’s professionalism and approach to marketing our property was nothing short of exemplary. His eye for detail in presenting the house for pictures was especially good. This then was followed up with outstanding communication at all times with the sales team and it was always a pleasure to speak with Annette and the team. I have been through house sales previously and it can always prove stressful, but at Fletcher and Company they are so attentive I managed to feel relaxed instead! Fletchers looked for either buyers or renters for this house. Operating in Covid times is not easy for anyone. They found us an offer at only £5,000 less than asking price and, at the same time, renters for full price. We chose the renters. Their communications have been excellent. This took a few months, but there was a steady flow of interested parties viewing the property, many of whom were viable, not just time wasters.... Read more

Nice professional company, only negative was a bit pushy with viewings and times, They tell you rather than ask. I know the buyer is a customer, but we are also customers, and we’re the ones paying them at the end of the day.
