The agent was not very pleasant and was very rude, at one point when we were asking about the price and what we believed it was worth, he remarked “let me educate you about pricing” not only is this unprofessional and very condescending.

We have recently sold our home in Farnham Common with the help of Richard Foreman and his team. The race for home buyers to benefit from reduced Stamp Duty rates this Spring, and the conveyancing and removal pressures etc that it generated could have made this an incredibly stressful experience. But with Abbi's knowledge, experience and warm professionalism, we were in safe hands. Despite the high workload of all estate agents over recent months, Abbi always made us feel like we were the only house she was selling, taking proactive steps with our sale and always had immediate 'up to date' info at her finger tips whenever we contacted her. We would highly recommend Foreman King to anyone considering buying, selling or renting a property.

We recently sold our home in Farnham Royal through Foreman and King.They have done us proud. Simon and Abbi did a fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, personal and above all demonstrated incredible perseverance. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they both had invaluable local knowledge.
Though the process was long and not always plain sailing for external reasons, we were kept fully informed. Simon pushed through to Completion exceeding our expectations on price, presentation of the property and buyer management.
Foreman King may not be the cheapest but represent the best value for money

The most professional, courteous, friendly and efficient estate agents we have ever used, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Abbi and Simon were both wonderful throughout the transaction, and Abbi, who was our main point of contact, was absolutely superb in handling some difficult moments of stress! Lisa and her team have managed my rental property for years and I have nothing but positive experiences to report. They are thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and take the weight of responsibility of the job of being a good landlord off my shoulders so I sleep easy at night knowing my tenants are in good hands.

I can’t speak highly enough of the letting department.
Lisa and Melanie both very friendly and amiable to deal with if any issue ever arose regards the rental .
Nothing was ever a problem always very prompt at responding back to emails and calls and resolving the issues as swiftly as possible.
Having had experience with rental agents previously both Lisa and Melanie by far are the best and very good at what they do.
Ensuring the right tenant is found for the property.
Can’t thank both Lisa and Melanie enough for the wonderful service they have provided.????????

To say my experience with Simon Abell in the Residential Sales team was disappointing would be an understatement.
He was welcoming at the start of the call happy to book us into an open house viewing. However when he asked whether our current property was on for sale and we answered in the negative and told him that this was not the case. He abruptly changed his tune and advised that we would now not be able to view the property and he could not get us of the phone fast enough. He never asked whether we were in a position to proceed based on alternative means of finance other than selling our current home. I then made him aware of this and he arrogantly told me that I should have told him that in the first place. Despite knowing this, he did not apologies nor did he offer the viewing. If Foreman King prides itself in using dodgy car salesmen like tactics I would very much stay away. Customer care and experience is clearly not important here.

I have been a private tenant with Foreman King for over 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, and caring attitude. I know I can rely on them to follow up any queries or problems reported, and have never had to chase them for resolutions. Fabulous team.
