Rosy OBrien’s professionalism is astounding. She gave me audience, and all the support I needed. The most gripping part of her is the effort that she put in her job. Rosy did a great job for making me secure my apartment even though I had no hope after the viewing due to the high rate rush of other people coming for the house.
Rosy OBrien’s literally made everyone felt loved and hopeful but stated clearly that it’s based on first come first serve when you provide all the information required. Sarah Connor has been fantastic in selling my property in Harlow, definitely a 5 star review. I highly recommend Sarah and her team at Kings if you want to sell your property.
From the very beginning Sarah was professional and her knowledge of the market and the area was superb. Communication throughout was fantastic and she always made herself available and if she was out of the office her team were excellent at making sure communication was clear.
Whenever there was a viewing I would get feedback and a detailed discussion on the best way forward, Sarah never made me feel rushed and it was clear she had a great understanding.
Once receiving a great offer through Sarah, what should have been a relatively easy sale became a very tricky one due to my divorce court order. This caused delays in the sale. Sarah and her team really worked hard to ensure all parties were in the loop and were often the main point of contact for all. Sarah did an exceptional job at keeping the buyers who were first time buyers in the loop every step of the way and also did the same for me.
I highly recommend Sarah Connor and the Kings team.

I think they do not care about the landlords and think only about their own interests and the commission to get from people. I offered them extra money more than they added on their advertisement and to pay the whole tenancy agreement for house in Tithelands, Harlow. I have no problems no ccj and I have high income (full time permanent) and high credit score but the woman who answered the phone just turned me away and rejected the offer without even bothering to take my details. I am sure the landlord of this property will not be happy to know this, and I was very upset with such poor customer service and wasting my time calling them.

She was always extremely professional, courteous and always returned our phone calls. she displayed incredible patience and dealt with all issues in a calm and efficient manner. Had it not been for Sarahs consulate care to attention i would have pulled out long ago but she was always reassuring up to the point of Exchange. Firstly, I just want to say that these two lovely girls Brodie and Rosy at Kings Group Church Langley have been the most helpful people I have met in the last few years of my life. Both have stood to their promise and I had rented my house with in just few weeks ! My keys to my cosy home was given in 10 days and their customer service was very professional and high standard.
I was promised that they would find a suitable property for me as soon as it was available. During my journey to rent a property I have experienced terrible service with other agencies and was always told to leave my number with them and that they will contact back. Unfortunately, none of the agencies I met had contacted me back for months ! When Brodie and Rosy had called me back I was so surprised and happy to know that there is still good teams out there that stick to their promise and do as they say !

Due to both my vendor and buyer using the worst solicitor in existence (Premier Property Lawyers), the move proved a real struggle (to the point that the chain actually broke down as a result of the solicitor's incompetence). Thankfully the team at Church Langley were very pro-active, friendly, and professional with speaking to their contacts and helping the move go ahead (even after Premier Property Lawyers had an online security breach and their systems were down for over a month). Honestly, I don't think the move would have happened if it wasn't for Richard and Frankie getting involved. Also their mortgage advisor Jake was extra efficient in getting a mortgage over the line for me in super quick time. Thank you and an easy 5 stars.

Selling your is home probably the biggest financial transaction you make in your life so finding the right estate agent is absolutely crucial, a decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly. We conducted an extensive research of all the major estate agents around Harlow and decided to go with Kings Group in Church Langley. Looking back, we believe we made absolutely the right choice! Right from the start, the staff at Kings treated with a sense of respect and professionalism. Brandon did a superb job pulling together the House Brochure for marketing the house, he certainly has a flair for taking pictures which captures the true beauty of the house! He was able to market the house within a two days of finalising the house brochure.
We had viewings just within a few days of marketing the property, Frankie managed all the viewings, she kept us informed of all the viewing appointments, provided us with timely feedback from the buyers and was able to secure a sale price at the top end of our expectations. Absolutely disgusting financial advisor (Nicholas) He is not in anyway competent to give any advice, but saying that his tactics of using his own mobile phone when making calls (so they are not recorded) is very well thought out!
He will advise you and tell you all is ok and show you what’s going on but when it comes to completion everything falls apart and his advice is 100% wrong and leaves you in debt and nearly not being able to complete! I lost just over 20k on his advice and he laughed when I called him to find out what had happened with a simple explanation of “I missed some bits off!!”

We bought our current house through Kings Church Langley just under 4 years ago. When we decided it was time to sell and move on, they were the first people we contacted.
I cannot fault the service we have received from Rich and Brandon. The valuation on our property was honest and Rich took the time to go through everything with me in detail. Our house had sold within the first 2 weeks of being on the market.I’m very anxious about having people in my home, Brandon made the process as stress free as possible for me. Rich also took the time to listen to what we were looking for and found us a property that we fell in love with. Having contacted a number of other agents about viewing properties, they just tried to fob me off with what they needed to sell, rather than listening to the things we wanted. That definitely wasn’t the case with Kings.
I am not an easy client to deal with, I ask lots of questions and often need the processes and various things explained to me. I’ve never felt that I’ve been any trouble or a pain (even though I know full well I have been). If we have had any issues along the way, they’ve been dealt with promptly. Kings have made the buying and selling process as stress free as possible. We have been supported 100% of the way with anything we have needed or any concerns we have raised.
Hopefully the exchange and completion goes as smoothly as the process so far. I highly recommend Kings and would have no hesitation using them for the 3rd time if we ever need to.

Ollie showed us around our very soon home to be! He was very friendly and knew his stuff.

I like to ask every question there could EVER be, and he answered so so efficiently.
Not only did he answer every one of my questions , he did so in a way to calm me down and not make me feel a fool. (Very important).
I honestly can say i would not be in the mindset i am today if it was not for rich.
No matter when it was AM or Late PM he was available to calm my nerves and reassure me, to guide me and to help me. He went above and beyond his job title to see it through that i had everything in order and all things complete with COMPLETE understanding.

Kings were fantastic dealing with the same of my house, and in particular Richard. You have been more than just my estate agent, you’ve become a friend. You may just be doing your job but you’ve kept me afloat and confident and I’ll never forget that. I first started trying to move in March 2018 so this has been a long road for me and you have been the best support. Lots of things have been going on in the background that have made it that much harder also.
I think the general opinion about estate agents is that they are vultures, but I have only known you to be 100% committed to your customers and you actually carried me along on my journey and I seriously don’t know how well I would’ve done financially but also emotionally had I been dealing with someone else.

Was with another 'online' estate agent and luckily had a visit from one of King's agents, so decided to give them a try alongside the original agent, and it was definitely the right decision. I had more viewings, with people who actually wanted to buy a property, and have now sold within 10 weeks. I found them always professional and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Sometimes there were slight communication issues but that was more to do with a change in staff members than anything else. and once that was addressed all has been fine. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do, which is all you can ask for!!

Having bought our first property from Kings Church Langley branch, we knew that we were going to sell our property through them, especially after reading recent reviews. As soon as we met Richard- the branch manager- we knew instantly that our property would be in perfectly capable hands! We cannot speak highly enough of him and his team. From the moment that we approached them, we felt reassured that they would sell our property quickly and they didn’t disappoint. Emma and Jasmine, two of the estate agents at the branch, were particularly helpful and friendly when it came to purchasing our new home and selling our current house. All members of the team listened and weren’t ‘pushy’ or just trying to close a deal-they genuinely wanted to help us get the house of our dreams!
We sold our property through Kings and also purchased our new property through Richard too and the whole entire process (both sale and purchase) was smooth and swift- our property was on the market for less than 3 weeks!
The team are honest, friendly and transparent at all times. Having bought our first property through Kings as well, we knew that Nicholas Leith (the mortgage broker based in Kings) would be our go-to for dealing with my new mortgage. Again, like Richard, he was professional, honest and available whenever we needed to ask questions. I can not recommend him enough and would, without a doubt, use him again and again in the future.
Overall, I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service this company offers compared to other agents in the area. In addition to competitive rates, the team are professional and friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. We will certainly continue to use Kings and recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent or sell their property in the area.

We had no idea of how the process of buying a property works a part from asking Google and getting various stories, most of which were discouraging. My wife and I visited about 10 Estate agents as part of research to put strategies in place so that the process is smooth when we are ready. Kings - Church Langley was our last on the day, walking into the office, Richard was very welcoming, proffesional and patient. He made us feel at home, answered all our questions and explained the whole process. Richard introduced us to Nick( Nicholas) who explained and answered all the finance and mortage aspects. This re-assured us and hardly did we know that we were ready to get ball rolling. I would highly recommend Kings-Church Langley if you want an honest and proffesional service.

Very positive company, my wife and me are dealing with Kings on the sale of my property and Kings, Chuch Langley dealt with us buying our new property. Calum was our first point of call, showing us houses on the estate. After falling in love with a house in Ridgeways we could not put an offer on it as our house wasn't sold and thought that we lost it but a few months later we were told the buyer had pulled out. There was no way we was going to lose it a second time.

Jordan and his team have been fantastic during my sale. Unlike the previous agent I used they gave me feedback (I know it doesn't sound a lot, but I had to chase my other agent after every viewing). They now have got me a buyer and all is moving swiftly as both sides are using recommended solicitors and the buyer is using the broker so I know what is happening at all times.

We appointed Kings in Church Langley to sell our property in Newhall as we had found a new property to buy and Kings were very local and had a lot of properties for sale in the area.
The overall service was extremely poor and in the end I showed the final purchases around my house as Kings could not accommodate them.
They did manage to get some offers on the property quite quickly prior to this but the offers were ridiculously under their valuation and when we refused these offers they used scare mongering tactics to get us to accept them. They were saying that they were good offers and that we don't want the sale going cold, even though it had only been on the market two weeks!
I believe they were misleading purchasers on the offers we would accept to get offers in to show they were doing a good job.
Their survey and photos of the house were very poor and inaccurate. The viewers were amazed how spacious the house was as they said the photo's made it look very small. Normally with other estate agents it seems to be the other way around.
They did not put the house up on their website or on rightmove until week 3 and by this time we had sold the property. If this had happened sooner then we may have had more reasonable offers to consider.
Another issue we had was that our purchasers used King conveyancing which Kings recommend which based on their performance almost lost us our new house. We could not speak to Kings conveyancing so had to chase the branch manager Bradley Andrews to get them to move it along.
When we raised the issues we had with Kings performance and their conveyances with Bradley Andrews he was very dismissive and blasé and was very unprofessional. This is not the attitude that is needed in this very stressful time and made us raise a complaint to the regional manager Roydon Weeks. His attitude was even worse than Bradley's and basically said that they did what they were hired to do and that was that.
To sum up I wish I had used purple bricks.
Try to avoid them if you can and good luck with you sale.

First time i went to the office for an appointment i waited one hour with two small children super active who were trashing the office so OBVIOUSLY i had to go outside at 5 degrees freezing myself my friend and the kids. We went to Tesco coffe shop but again could not stay too long inside as children as you know would not stay still or sit for too long. A young guy came to call us saying Thomas is ready to see you now, and off we go. Three seconds later we were in the office only to find Thomas sitting and talking to another couple etc...In all of this the office did not do anything to help us or call Thomas or inform us of the long wait we had to endure in the freezing cold weather. If i was told by the office guys that Thomas would have net me one hour later we would have gone to a proper warm and quiet place to rest and to eat etc...We basically just been ignored totally my friend could not even look at him in his face.
We both very busy and intelligent and Professional people just like any other but we refuse to take this kind of behaviours as when in person it is very disrespectful i ensure you........
On top of this i had been treated like a piece of dirt because i could not make an appointment as i was stuck in traffic because of the rugby in Twickenham as i live around that area, the cars were not moving at all and we could not take the motorway, provisional licence......
I have been spoken like a criminal i promise you and they are saying we missed another two appointments so we are now the bad people and we cannot book any other viewings.........
HOLD ON A MINUTE, I ALWAYS EXPLAINED TO THOMAS THAT MY HUSBAND AT THAT TIME HAD AN AGENCY JOB SO IF HE WAS CALLED TO WORK HE HAD TO GO AS WE COULD NOT AFFORD FOR HIM NOT TO WORK......THOMAS ALWAYS SAID TO US IT WAS FINE NOT TO WORRY.......how more clear do i need to be ? Are we speaking the same language ????????? Wasn't he fine with our situation ? And if all this caused the whole issue why in hell Thomas OR THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH WHICH IN ALL THIS SEEM NOT TO EXIST DIDN'T EXPLAIN TO US THAT WOULD BE AN ISSUE AND SO ON ?????? OR WHY NOT EXPLAINING THAT WE WERE CREATING THEM ISSUES BY NOT GOING TO THE VIEWINGS THE FIRST TIME WE COULD NOT GO ???????? Am i missing something because i do not see it sorry........I wrote letters of complaint to the Head Office who only tried to defend their employees which i find even more insulting isn't it ? How very unprofessional and sad.......so they are allowed to treat people the way they like and now they are not even allow me to buy a house using their agency they are saying to me i must drive there and if i am lucky and they have time i might get some viewings......I live 1 hour and half away driving.....Using their position to stop me from buying a house from their agency basically. I am not sure this is even legal i will check with my lawyer as i do have one.
