Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view.
All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Absolutely brilliant service and sales management. My mother was moving into a care home and we wanted a quick but realistic sale. Foundation achieved this for us with multiple viewings and a sale within the first three weeks. Couldn't have done better. Also kept on top of the sale with regular updates even though there were some slow elements in the chain.
