Fox and Sons Romsey are amazing! Being in a difficult market we were unsure what to expect as sellers. We had our photos done Wednesday; went live Thursday morning, 3 viewings on the Saturday and we have just agreed a sale. Constant updates and by far the best agents for the job.

Absolutely fantastic , Kieran was amazing , not sure he has ever met anyone like me before ???? i have just purchased a park home , I used to live In Winchester , but moved to Lancashire nearly 4 years ago , I could not settle . When I saw my new property on line , I just had to have it , it was a dream come true . Rather than having to keep coming up and down to sort it , he let me talk to him personally and he and his colleagues rushed through the paperwork for me , I met with him , his colleague, the park owner and the property owner at the property yesterday , signed and discussed everything necessary and then the owner of the property and I went to the bank , did the transfers needed and the whole process took 6 days with a bank holiday monday in between . I think we are all probably in shock ???????? , fantastic

Rhodri Clegg is our mortgage advisor and we couldn’t recommend him enough. We were purchasing our first home so were very new to everything and Rhodri always took the time to go through everything clearly so we could understand our options. Rhodri secured an excellent mortgage rate for us in times when mortgage rates were very high and we’re so glad we had his help to get us this. Not only is Rhodri great at what he does he is also a genuinely lovely person and supported us through the whole process of buying our property. He always let us know he was there to help, which meant a lot.

Just purchased our first home through fox and sons romsey! Everyone has been amazing! Always get back to you in a timely manner, always willing to help! They did viewings late and on their days off so we could see it! Nothing but good things to say! A big thanks to Meg and Kieran who have been chasing the sale through! Furthermore they put me in touch with Rhodri who sorted out our mortgage, he was amazing and willing to spend all the time you need asking questions and making sure we understood the whole process completely, would highly recommend dealing with this company and it’s staff! I cannot recommend the mortgage advisor at Fox and Sons more. Rhodri has done my mortgage twice now and has always gone above and beyond to get me the best deals and advice out there. As well as sorting any issues that always occur when taking out a new mortgage efficiently.
