Absolutely fantastic , Kieran was amazing , not sure he has ever met anyone like me before ???? i have just purchased a park home , I used to live In Winchester , but moved to Lancashire nearly 4 years ago , I could not settle . When I saw my new property on line , I just had to have it , it was a dream come true . Rather than having to keep coming up and down to sort it , he let me talk to him personally and he and his colleagues rushed through the paperwork for me , I met with him , his colleague, the park owner and the property owner at the property yesterday , signed and discussed everything necessary and then the owner of the property and I went to the bank , did the transfers needed and the whole process took 6 days with a bank holiday monday in between . I think we are all probably in shock ???????? , fantastic

Rhodri Clegg is our mortgage advisor and we couldn’t recommend him enough. We were purchasing our first home so were very new to everything and Rhodri always took the time to go through everything clearly so we could understand our options. After meeting with numerous estate agents during this process I can safely say from my first initial meeting with Ben to the date of completion I definitely made the right choice by choosing Fox and Sons in Romsey to act for us in the property sale. We have just exchanged on our new home and we couldn’t be happier. Our search started a year ago with several different estate agents in the totton and lyndhurst area. Neither of these estate agents field us with confidence until we found fox and sons and the team managed by Sam.
Our first encounters were open and honest and very respectful. We immediately felt comfortable with Sam and co. Throughout the process the communication was excellent and the team facilitated multiple visits whilst we were deciding to make an offer. Whilst deciding to make an offer the fox and sons team did not hassle or pressure us and we are very greatful for their professional and considerate attitude.
When we made our first offer (a low one!) we were not mocked, but treated with the upmost professionalism. The offer was discussed and a compromise reached, that I feel suited both parties perfectly!
We cannot wait to complete and can not recommend Fox and Sons in Romsey highly enough.

I first went and saw Tanita in reference to getting a mortgage, but after a messy divorce my credit rating wasn't the best. Tanita went through lots of options for me and managed to come up with a mortgage that I was accepted for. Tanita then went above and beyond! I was having difficulties getting through to my solicitor's during the purchase of my flat, but Tanita was always there on hand to take the pressure off me and chase them. If ever I had any questions or worries, she was always either at the end of the phone or contactable via email. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Sam and Pippa at Romsey. My property was sold within a week of going on the market and in excess of the asking price, which was fantastic. Despite the following problems caused by my purchase which were outside of Fox & Sons control, they were very focused and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for all they've done for me.

Shocking company. They ‘sold’ us a house, let us pay out for searches and even suggested a possible exchange date but failed to mention the house we were buying hadn’t even gone through probate! They kept stalling and stalling and told us several times that the paperwork was on their desk they just had to post it. We were told this continually for 3 weeks. In the end we couldn’t tell the truth from the lies. Would never recommend or use again. Needless to say we gave up on the house we wanted due to their incompetence.

I loved my experience of buying through these guys! I was a first time buyer and very unsure of how the whole process worked and everyone in the team was so helpful in explaining it and helping me through it. I used Tanita, the in house mortgage advisor, and she was the best I could ever hope for, she helped me find a house and then got me the best rate on the market at the time for my mortgage.
An issue came up with the survey on the house and the guys at Fox & Sons got everything back on track for me, I have just moved in and the house is perfect. When I come to sell it I will definitely be calling them to sell it for me!

After initially marketing with a different Estate Agent I was approached by Jon in the Romsey office to sell my home. After twelve weeks of frustration I reluctantly gave him a chance to help me move. Not only within six weeks did we sell we achieved a higher price for my home and more viewings then my agent had done in double the time. I was shocked by how hard working and passionate the whole team were and could not recommend Fox and Sons highly enough. I am now settled into my new home and couldn't be happier.
