The service we received fox and Sons Axminster was superb. The staff were very professional. We also used a company called D C Law in regards to the legal conveyancing which made the sale of our property run smoothly this was recommended to us by Fox and Sons. Five star service from all concerned.

Great service. Eliana kept in touch with me weekly with updates of my purchase and sometimes more often as it got closer to exchanging and completing! She was so helpful with queries and talking me through the purchase of my first property!!! Even contacting me after the sale completed to check how everything went because she was not working on my completion date.

We had a very long and at times extremely stressful sale with Fox & Sons, including losing our first buyers and dealing with multiple delays and complications along the way. Throughout it all, Rachel was absolutely brilliant — professional, proactive, and genuinely supportive when things felt overwhelming.
She kept us updated, chased when needed, and always made us feel like a priority rather than just another sale. A shout-out as well to Rebecca, who was also fantastic — friendly, responsive, and really helpful whenever we needed answers or reassurance.
Given how drawn-out and challenging the process was, having an estate agent team like Rachel and Rebecca made a massive difference. We’re very grateful for their help and would happily recommend them! Tanya & Luke

Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
