Very bad experience and waste of time, I spend a lot of time for getting a response via email after that i have to gone the Southampton office for getting the mail responses, they only check once we reach in the office , And holding deposit has been not released because of un reasonable issues , they make delayed and trying to make money from us.

I used George as my mortgage advisor and I couldn’t fault him! Communication was prompt and he was always there to answer the confusing questions of a first time buyer! He chased and stood as a middle person which was really appreciated! I’ll definitely be using George again in 18 months when I need to start reapplying for my mortgage!

The worst Estate agent I have ever faced. After leaving the property they used to send threatening emails to pay the rent though we paid those in advance. We (tenants and landlord) had to call and email at least 20 days to refund our deposit amount. At last our landlord had to visit their office to tell them the same. They made unnecessary delay before move in the rented property and after leaving also significant delay in returning the deposit. Their office staffs mostly will not care to you and definitely will misguide you.

I worked with both Abi at the sales departement and Leah in the mortgage departement together and both did an amazing job. I can only recommend them and hope to be buying properties with these guys in the future.
All my questions were answered and they always had enough time for me and never rushed. I felt treated like a valuable customer. Thanks guys!

We had ups and downs during the process but with the help of Fox and Sons team, special mention to George Jones (our mortgage advisor) who worked all the way to get this through and patience of waiting. It was a positive outcome in the end. Thank you to everyone who helped us make this happen. We appreciate all your hard work. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this agency. We are happy with the service.

This was particularly appreciated when things were not always as straight forward as they could be (ie. an initial buyer pulled out). George was always proactive and professional. Called up about a property and arranged a viewing, called to confirm the day before and received a confirmation text. Turned up on the day on time and waited for 15 mins and then got a call saying my viewing had been cancelled. AVOID. too chaotic and unorganized
