I went to Tunbridgewells freeman foreman, in January 2022 , Because I knew and trusted there previous visit to my renovation site at 27 and 27 A tedder road tn4 9es, The manager for sales said we will ve a bidding war for your property mr powell , so I carried on waiting for the bidding war but it never happened then the first buyer pulled out, I agreed to leave the property s on with freeman foreman, then 5 months later after loads of up grade to please the buyers I went to have a chat that was last October 2023 the property had Been on there books for over well over 17 months then on my visit to discuss the sake options one one of the team said to me oh the buyers buyer can not ger a mortgage I said I will ve my keys please and I walked out because I only had another 6 weeks before I had to pay back my bridging loan they the team at foreman freeman knew this,.so I then decided on plan be to save my property from being reprocessed by the courts . I rented it out to save my hard work over 20 yrs of it . So I'm afraid I will never use tfreeman foreman again because I felt there was a load of lied told to me to keep my property on their books so from me one star I would use another estate agent if I was you .
