Really bad. Wouldn't reply when put offer in of asking price, then when I finally did hear something back they said they're letting a few people put offers in. They let the property to someone else like it was an auction

Mille and the team in Tonbridge have been absolutely amazing. Millie has helped us to buy our house, she has worked very hard and kept pushing the sale when things were moving slowly. She kept us informed at every step of the way and chased relevant people when needed. If we ever go to sell our property I wouldn't hesitate to use Millie and the team. 5* customer service! Ross @ Freeman and Foreman Eastbourne has been nothing but amazing. I was originally looking for a 2 bed house that - shared ownership that was affordable.... however Ross went above and beyond and managed to get me onto a 3 bed :) Could not recommend they guys more. Thank you to all the team.

Bullying and unprofessional.
After no apology from 'Branch Manager' , Jamil, (who did not listen to the recordings of two calls to us) defended his member of staff.
Update: Having followed the link sent to us to make a complaint was told it was the wrong address who then told me where to pass it, that is 'Countrywide' who own this Estate Agent. No reply from Area Manager; then when trying to lodge an official complaint for bullying, but feel like we're being sent from pillar to post.
My daughter is still upset about the appalling way she was treated.

Fantastic end-to-end service provided by the Burwash team of Freeman Foreman. From first contact with Andy when I viewed the house to the dedicated support offered by Alec through the contract negotiations stage I was constantly impressed with the the professionalism and attention to detail.
