Rebecca Lee at the Heathfield office and the rest of the team worked so hard to get us into our new home as quickly as possible and have been so helpful ever since with questions, queries and getting things sorted. Were very grateful for all their help and support and hope to be very happy in our house under their management.

We recently exchanged contracts on a property purchased through the Freeman Foreman Tunbridge Wells branch. This was a long, protracted process that took nearly two years to complete. Fiona Berg was our main contact throughout, and she was incredibly patient over the months, keeping us informed whenever there was an update. She consistently went above and beyond, diligently trying to progress the sale despite facing significant communication difficulties with the seller. We highly recommend Fiona and the Freeman Foreman team for their diligence and exceptional professionalism throughout this process

We had to contact them several times for feed back and information, having to go into the branch a few times. They appeared to put the property on Rightmove and sit back and wait.
