Archbold & Edwards know the estate very well, and have a lot of properties for sale within it. The initial presentation was very professional. I didn't hear anything from them between viewings (three), and was disappointed with the number of viewings. That said, they were very switched on when I rang them up. At the end of the day we got a buyer.

Very, very pleased with Martin and the team. At the start I spoke to three agents and Martin stood out as someone who understood what I wanted and what he was doing. The house was listed within 36 hours and a sale agreed within a few weeks after multiple offers which confirmed we had the pricing right. They kept the sale moving by chasing as needed and gave me weekly updates. Could not have asked for more.
