22nd Jul 2023 (3 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

Much better than other estate agents in the area! Cathryn in particular was so helpful throughout the whole buying process, we couldn’t have done it without her!

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. The staff are unprofessional, overstep boundaries, and still fail to provide even a basic level of service. Communication is poor, the attitude towards clients leaves a lot to be desired, and the overall organisation is terrible. After this experience, I would definitely not use them again. I do not recommend this agency.

From the start of dealing with Gibbs, they were very professional, very supportive and competitive with the other agents. I just felt like calibre of people I was dealing with (Jason and Jo mostly) made me more comfortable. I would highly recommend using them

They are professional, efficient, and always very quick to help find a suitable property.<br><br>When I decided to move this time, I chose to use them again, and everything went very smoothly. They helped me find the ideal home and made the whole moving process easy and stress-free.<br><br>A special thank you to Paria Shamil , who has been absolutely wonderful. After I moved in, I noticed that a few things in the property were damaged . As soon as I let her know, she responded immediately and arranged for the issues to be resolved very quickly. She is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional.<br><br>Ashlee has also been fantastic and very helpful throughout the process<br><br>After 8 years of using this agency, I am still very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. All staffs are very nice .
18th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

She is warm, professional, helpful and always communicates in such a kind and reassuring way.<br><br>Every time I have contacted her, she has made me feel listened to and has taken the time to help properly rather than making me feel like just another tenant enquiry. She has been especially lovely recently and has handled everything with patience, care and professionalism.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely personable, and Eve is exactly that. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

She would reply to emails quickly, give follow up calls and even took me to the viewings with the Foxtons car to make sure I wouldn’t miss out and make the most of our available time. She has such good energy and absolutely love her professionalism but relaxed approach at the same time. The team at Ealing is really lucky to have her! Thank you Abbi once again :)
