22nd Jul 2023 (3 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

Much better than other estate agents in the area! Cathryn in particular was so helpful throughout the whole buying process, we couldn’t have done it without her!

21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

The agent provided inaccurate and misleading information, which caused my family to lose valuable time while searching for a property. The communication was unprofessional, and the information we relied on turned out to be incorrect.<br><br>I would not recommend dealing with this agent if you expect professionalism, accuracy, and honest communication.<br><br>(Paula Popa M.A.R.L.A.)

From sales details to viewings, then offers and surveys, she has been with us all the way. Informative, polite, professional and quick to respond to questions.<br><br>We couldn't have asked for a better contact and guide through the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble and Patricia often went above and beyond when things got tricky. It's been a pleasure and I would recommend her and the team every time.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We recently bought a house through Go View - they were professional and friendly throughout the process from start to finish.<br>During the search James got to know us and what we were looking for, which led us to the perfect property. He was honest and knowledgeable which made us feel much more comfortable.<br>Our sales manager Helyn kept the sales process moving really well, and we ended up not having any delays or issues before completion as a result.<br>Overall, we were very happy to have gone with Go View, and will recommend them in the future.

18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.- 13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We recently sold our flat in West Ealing using the services of the Northfield branch of Gibbs Gillespie and its allied auction service. We dealt directly with Abraham Oommen who is the senior sales manager and found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. As is known it’s been a tough market for sellers of flats and Abraham gave us an in depth understanding of what's been happening in the property market & the prospects for a sale given all the circumstances which was invaluable. In all this he showed considerable kindness and empathy for our situation.<br>We would highly recommend Abraham and the team at the Northfield branch of Gibbs Gillespie.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

Isa was fantastic at arranging multiple viewings and was always friendly, patient and responsive throughout my search. Matthew was equally helpful during the negotiation process and worked hard to help me secure a great flat.<br><br>Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but they were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
