I wish to personally thank Simon Turner at Daniels Estate Agents in Sudbury branch for selling my property recently. Simon was highly professional, especially as my property was at the top of the long chain. Simon was calm and always kept us all in the loop to ensure that all parties were aligned to work together to exchange and complete. I was very happy to witness Simon taking the lead on certain outstanding points that required individuals or solictors attention to be resioved, without asking Simon to do so. I would highly recommend using Daniels Estate Agents and Simon Turner again, if I was selling or buying a property.
We used Daniels to sell our property last year and they were amazing. John Buckley in particular kept us sane throughout the process as we had a particularly difficult buyer. They were always approachable and went the extra mile in order to help us. Even at weekends they were with us supporting us throughout the process. We would not have sold without John in particular and we are grateful. I would always recommend Daniels without fail. We have used several others in the Harrow area but none even come close in terms of commitment and drive to sell at the right price.
The entire team at Thorgills has given us excellent service and helped us through every stage of buying our first property. Special thanks to Nebras, Shoyab and Ranjeev who've been absolutely amazing - helpful, efficient, prompt and accommodating. Just garbage. I could maintain an agency better than them on my own. There lack of any professionalism and decency is astounding.

Orchards of London (Acton branch) has been consistently unprofessional in our experience. It has been a one sided interaction with replies to emails that are generally requests from their side whereas emails from us have been largely unanswered. Our issue started the day we moved in. There were errors with the contract and paperwork and despite promises from their side, the house was not cleaned up when we moved in. This week, they requested that I stay in the house for a viewing and then did not show up or bother to cancel the appointment with a total disregard for our time and schedule. There was no explaination provided and our email was disregarded. Today, they wanted to co me over and booked a viewing. They also requested that they take the only pair of keys I have (since my partner is travelling) with them to make a copy and promised to return it by 18:00 which did not occur and all the phone numbers that I have are going straight to voice mail. So its Friday evening, I would like to go out and I am stranded for the entire weekend.
Additionally, while my emails have been ignored I received a check-out notice with a fee for £234 for a check out inspection and a fee for £500 for the contract (already paid on moving in) which are numbers that we haven’t encountered in our eight years of renting various apartments across London.
We do not appreciate this behaviour from unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals and strongly take offense to being treated in this manner despite being paying customers.
Amazing customer service from James & Hollie. Really went out of their way to make the moving process comfortable and stress free. Would definitely recommend them to other friends moving into the West London area.
The staff here are amazing. The sale wouldn't have gone through without them going the extra mile. Harry in particular was very helpful through out the process.

Nikolay then handled all aspects of the conveyancing process smoothly, liaising well with us, the buyer and our respective solicitors. Overall, a very positive experience despite poor market conditions.
