I must admit I was nervous taking six months in advance as I had never done that before.I have to say the tenants are amazing and keep the flat spotless. Id highly recommend CJ Hole as a landlord. Very professional.

Extremely terrible customer service, agent was unbelievably rude to me.

Called up to ask for property details, and the agent told me to NEVER ASK AGAIN. He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN.

I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.

Waited 9 months for CJ hole to repair our shower.
Now, we have not been able to shower at all for over a week and they are ignoring our emails.
It has got to the point where I have had to contact the council to do the repairs.

I have previously had issues with CJ hole sending unannounced contractors (with keys to our house!) On several occasions.

Do not let or buy from or with this company.

The service received from both Ben and Matthew in the sales team at CJ Hole has been exceptional. They have always been very proactive, helpful and professional in all communications and have been very accommodating at fitting in a large number of viewings at suitable time frames. They have helped to make the process as transparent and simple as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly be happy to use them again in the future.

Worst company ever had to deal with, they will try and charge you for breathing inside your own house that’s how ridiculous they were being with getting our deposit back. Landlord said he would pay for a damage that occurred due to the property not being well maintained from way before we moved in, then tried to charge us for it at the end of the tenancy, good thing we had emailed proof that he said he would pay it. Do not bother with these people trust me

We worked with Molly-May and found her to be extremely professional and informed. We ended up buying a property advertised through Boardwalk but much preferred dealing with CJ Hole throughout the process, if only they managed all the properties in Cheswick Village!
