Useless. 1 year we wait while they repair window lock in child room. Absolutely don't recommend them. 3 property managers and no decision.

Worst agent u could get. It’s been over a month since we moved out and even after mutually agreeing the terms of rental deposit with landlord they are not paying us back. We tried calling, sending emails and they are not even willing to send us a response.
Question is why getting this headache when there are a lot of better agents out there with great reviews. Stay away!

As a landlord I found this company very poor. My tenant became so frustrated when reporting small issues that he started to contact me directly so that I could provide fast action. Emails were not answered and there is a total disconnect between the branch and the admin centre in Liverpool. I have terminated the management agreement and am experiencing major issues in getting the deposit repaid to me

Staggering incompetence bordering into comedic territory. These guys wouldn't lift a finger even if you threw a bucket of money at them so that bucket shall be taken elsewhere

3 times my valuation appointment was shifted and then they never turned up! Called them, left a message and never heard back! Tried to arrange viewing a property which was supposed to be managed by another branch but that was not so. Again, no one got back in touch (only to discover an offer had been made on the property and no one bothered to mention that). Avoid at all costs. Have gone with a local agent now.

I had a great viewing with Thalia, she was really friendly and personable and answered a lot of questions with confidence and ease. She really knew everything about the property, shared her opinions (without being pushy or anything!), and gave enough time for me to roam and enjoy the space. Just in a very short period of time, I felt like I was hanging out with a friend! I would really recommend her for any future transactions or dealings.
