I am appalled with all that’s going on in the world at the moment and being told I’d lost my job on Friday, I receive a call from some jumped up cockroach of a salesman who I sold my house through 3 years ago to give me the hard sell on a re mortgage with him !! Absolutely no compassion whatsoever just thinking about himself and his bonus. Talk about taking advantage of a bad situation!!!! You people make me sick I would never use Connells again and will make sure others know!!!!

I bought a house from the Southville Branch. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they made the whole buying process stress free. If any first time buyers are looking for good mortgage advisors Jay is definitely the person to go for! Very friendly, very helpful and responsive. He even came into work on his day off to fill up the mortgage application for our peace of mind.
