If you imagine welcoming and smiling faces, you will get that. But wait? Did you think I was going to praise them? If so then why the one star? Why? Because these people lie through their teeth and smile through their teeth. Honestly, I didn't think I'd ever come across such an unprofessional agency in my life. No matter how nice they seem on the phone, no matter how nice a viewing goes- do not think that you got the place with these people. No matter how much they tell you they will call you TOMORROW AND LET YOU KNOW, do not believe these people. Because the truth is that you will be waiting the next day for the phone call which will never come. And lets say you do call them to ask what's up? What happened? You were meant to call and reply? Heh. They lie again and say that they don't have a response yet. And imagine this happening for the next three weeks of waiting ,you having to chase them with calls. How degrading it makes you feel for being so disrespected by the very people that are meant to help you and advise you. I'd still be forgiving to this point but im not. I called them the last time about the same property which they so nicely talked to me about and showed me around three weeks before, only for them to say that the landlord was renovating the property suddenly. They said they'd call the next day and arrange an appointment to look at finance. Well that call never came and i was not surprised, because at that point that agency was a lost cause. I think that if you have blocks of money and are willing to get tossed around emotionally then go on and get help from these people. Because money and business is all they seem to see. Unsurprisingly the place still is not rented a month later despite it being popular. Weird much? If you think so then you're on the right track.... Read more

Once you land in General Accommodations as tenant your miserable life start, they hosting mainly cowboy, unreliable and convicted landlords. Just like many Estate agents and landlords in London!!!!... Read more

I have been for 12 years renting with General Accommodation and we have moved to 3 different places with them. They are extremely helpful, polite, professional and they always helped us when we needed them, including George, who is very reliable and respectful. We never had any issue with them and they have dedicated a lot of their time to help us. Now that we had to move to another agency outside Enfield we really miss them and we regret having moved away. I had read a bad review here and I am very surprised at this as it doesn’t reflect the truth that I know from them all these years.... Read more

!!!!!!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THESE GUYS I REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THEM..... THERE IS A GUY CALLED GEORGE WHO IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN THE WAY HE HANDLES HIS CLIENTS...AVOID THIS PIG!!!!! There is no emergency number for emergencys out of hours its 9.15am and i still cant get through to the office when opening time is 9am i have been left with no electric for 24 hours all my frozon food and fridge food is not edible nothing will be done to rectifiy this im registered disabled person with limited funds. I have complained about a smell in the property coming from the toilet and sinks that hasnt been addressed i still have a infestation of ants. I have a nabour in the same block who is abusive/aggressive when sees me he has commented about my gay relationships ect and wont leave me alone he has superglued my buzzer and doesnt stop leaving continueous notes on the front door and he has now tampered with my electricity box. He smokes drugs in the property and its against his tenency and yet nothing has been done about it. Im absolutely discusted i have lived in propertys like this before and never had any problems since i was 16 this has got to be the worst experiance ever!!! I have been evicted from the property and am due to leave Monday I have asked for 7 days to come back and remove my stuff I have been refused access to my stuff the only reason I'm being evicted is because they are assisting drug cultivating in the property and I had the police round to remove the grow the min I did that they filed for eviction they don't fix any thing wrong in the property either no matter how many times I call i have a leak in the roof and it's been left for 3 months I highly recommend you do not RENT WITH general accomadation estates save yourself the hassle this is the worst place I have ever stayed!!!!!!!!...
